this experience was better than my previous one , hotel was clean and room had new sheets

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

Everyone currently offers a courtesy breakfast even if it’s just a continental breakfast. $19.00 for runny processed eggs seems too much. The place is clean and convenient it’s “tired”. It seems as though ownership keeps postponing the remodel.

This was a very old hotel very poor to hyatt standards the rooms where outdated old carpets look very old , cleaning housekeeping only once in 3 days , no exhaust in toilets and cleaning is very poor after housekeeping still hair was seen in washroom , lobby carpets looked dirty, very poor to hyatt standards

The environment and facilities are very good

Chicago is an unforgettable place. This hotel is in the suburbs, far away from the downtown area, with a highway behind it. The hotel lobby is very atmospheric, with many tables and chairs. Just sign up and get free breakfast. When we checked into this hotel, the black little brother at the front desk was cute and a good boy. There is a sofa in the room, but the quilt is yellow, which makes people tremble.
