Everything was really bad!! Room Service No breakfast as no one showed up to prepare it No towels or toiletpaper in the room Rug in the room was dirty Woman in reception only french speaking. Dont want anyone to make the mistake and book this hotel

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes au 1er étage vue que me déplace avec une cane Arrivée 17 h 30 chambre pas faite très mal reçu et nous étions au3 étage Restaurant déplorable repas qui nous a rendu malade la patronne aigris insolente très mal aimable pas professionnel incorrectes avec sont personnelles Et les clients je pense qu il faudrait le service d hygiène pour constater J ai régler la chambre et les petits déjeuner sauf le repas du soir Celle ci m'a traité de voleuse et j en passe personnellement ce n est pas dans mon éducation de ne pas régler ce que je consomme mais là s'en est de trop aucun scrupule pour la chambre aucune excuses je plaind cette personne aussi méchante je garderai un très mauvais souvenir de cet établissement

Ayant été employé pendant cinq ans, je déconseille cet établissement Cuisine dans un état déplorable (pas propre du tout) Patronne exécrable voleuse, menteuse, et reine de la magouille Le calva est coupé à l’eau, le verre de vin sont le reste des verres des clients qui n’ont pas fini Viande congelée, et la patronne qui n’hésite pas à faire des crasses dans l’assiette aux clients qui ne lui plaisent pas ! Cet établissement devrait être fermé déjà depuis bien longtemps !

Nous ne sommes pas descendu a l'hotel mais seulement au restaurant. la PIRE EXPERIENCE de ma vie en restauration. nous avons quitté la table avant la fin du repas après une entre pire que minable, une attente interminable et après nous être fait insultés par la patronne (tout comme plusieurs autres clients (qui sont aussi partis). un detail supplémentaire : une femme avec 2 enfants a été refusée au motif que le restaurant était complet alors qu'il restait manifestement encore des tables. les enfants ne sont apparemment pas bienvenus dans cet établissement. Je note avec un "1", mais sincèrement cet établissement ne devrait meme pas être autorisé a recevoir des clients.
