This property was outstanding! We stayed there one night before heading to Paris. It is within walking distance of all the St. Therese sites. The staff was very helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had big skylights. My only concern was the Wi-Fi was only so-so, but that seems to be the norm in France.

We had a good stay here, the facilities are limited as it is an Aparthotel. Recommend to check in advance. Check in is from 4pm only, no flexibility like normal hotel. Parking is provided to the rear of the property. The gate is coded but was open when we arrived. The rooms are very big but more suitable to a week's family holiday for example there is a hob, microwave and fridge in the kitchenette, but no hand soap provided in bathroom. Large shutters on window provided black out. No air con but as all windows opened we had no problems. You have to pre book the pool but you only get a half hour and the sauna wasn't pre heated (on in advance) so not really worth the hassle for 30min. Breakfast was very simple but very nice, good quality products, croissant, pain au chocolate, bread, cheese with option to self serve boiled eggs and muesli. The restaurant closes on several evenings, Monday included. The local town has limited restaurants open on Monday too so plan dinner in advance.

The worst ever. Total rip off. Do not stay here. Room excruciatingly hot. Could not change room as fully booked. Requested someone to come and sort heating/ ventilation system. No one came. They suggested opening the windows. However the windows open inwards and so then we could not close the curtains and the street lights shine straight in. Requested fans to be brought to room so children could sleep in cool. Was told fans were on their way. None arrived. Requested that reception contact boss to see if we could get a refund and leave. No answer. Reception not manned after 9pm so no one here to help us at all. Requested pillows for the children’s beds. Was told to share the 4 pillows from the double bed. 😧 The room is directly beneath the restaurant so obviously all we can hear is the furniture scraping on the wooden floor above us and heals clipping backwards and forwards all evening.

A well converted / preserved townhouse in Lisieux. The bonus for us was secure parking. Restaurant and bar closed on Monday (our visit) but the nearby Brit Hotel was a good alternative. Walk across a local manicured park or down a side street to the cathedral but I noticed all the tourist info. for Lisieux mentioned going elsewhere after seeing the cathedral. Relatively friendly town and a really nice quiet place to stay for the traveller.

I am extremely disappointed with the management of this hotel. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to travel as planned. My booking clearly offered free cancellation, yet when I requested to adjust the date of my stay, the management refused. This approach feels very unreasonable and transactional. I specifically chose this hotel over a less costly option, expecting better service and flexibility. Unfortunately, I was treated unfairly and my experience with their customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. I would advise others to avoid this hotel if possible.

Typical tourist trap, lead photograph misleading it shows property in nice rural area with a garden, however it is located on a busy road. No tee or coffee in the room you have to go and ask. The spa and the reception are not coordinated, to make to make your appointment. However, the spa is always closed with a note I'll be back at such, and such time when you arrive at the said time of return time has been changed again. It is not possible to book a masage on your day of arrival and always fully booked. Restaurant is closed on Tuesdays too . However, it is advertised it is open Mon-Sat. Staff has a very Basic level of English so if you are a foreign national communication is difficult. The hotel is being advertised as a spa apart hotel but it has failed to provide any of the advertised facilities. Rooms are dark. When you open the blinds, neighbours from surounding buildings are staring right into your bedroom.

OK hotel Nice little hotel. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (2 adult and 2 teenagers). The room was basic but it was enough for what we needed. The hotel doesn't have a lot of facilities and no entertainment so bare that in mind. It's also in a very 'dead' town so not much to do if you get bored in the evenings. Tv was somewhat dated and only had French channels. Not smart so you can't cast from phone or play netflix, etc. The wi-fi was also very patchy. Biggest disappointment was that the swimming pool can only be used in 30min slots and you have to book a couple of days before. We managed one booking from 7 to 7:30 am. Also no gym which would have been great.
