A Korean’s enchanting three-day hotel stay It was a truly happy three days of honeymoon. The staff at the hotel worked tirelessly to create a truly happy time. I left very impressed with the service, from the smallest details, to always smiling and not hesitating to deal with any difficulties for us. Although I met new faces on a rotational basis for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, their warm smiles and friendly guidance were common features to me. The staff in charge of ordering and serving breakfast were extremely friendly, and I was happy with the service I received no matter what my requests were. My wife and I were very happy to be able to start our honeymoon, which had been postponed due to the coronavirus, in a truly magical hotel. Hotel sales have achieved great results every year... If I go to Lisbon again, I will definitely visit that hotel. 1. Location: There is absolutely nothing better. It's an alley right next to the square, so it's safe and you can go there late at night, but be careful because there are homeless people on the opposite side of the street (no need to go there;;) 2. Hygiene: Once you go on a real trip, it is very clean, almost like a new hotel. 3. Service: The most perfect in the world 4. Facilities: The space between the bed and the front shelf is a little narrow, but the bathroom is spacious (you can sleep) and the space next to the bed is spacious. My husband and I stayed here the night before our flight home from Lisbon back to the US. The staff were polite and helpful at check-in and helping us get a taxi into town. However, when we asked to be booked on the airport shuttle (that the website says runs every 30 minutes), we were informed that they have moved to a once-an-hour schedule, and that the shuttle we would have needed was already full. So we wound up having to take a taxi. This was not big deal, but still not what was advertised. The room was adequate - clean, reasonably comfortable - but nothing to write home about. I have not idea how the breakfast was, because it opened after we needed to leave for our flight. The main attraction of this hotel is its proximity to the airport.

Excellent, unbeatable location with direct bus service from the airport terminal to the door step of this hotel, which was previously a grand theatre and now sitting right at the heart of the main square in Lisbon old city. It is a tad dated inside but nothing to cry home about and the room is clean with a full kitchenette. Do not expect 5***** furnishings and you will appreciate that you got the best room in the best location at a fantastic price. The check-in staff were also fabulous.

Excellent location. Close to Tram 28 station and metro station. Presence of supermarket on the ground floor. Spacious, tidy and comfortable room. Breakfast was perfect with sufficient choice of food and drinks. Staff was friendly. The only issue was the number of elevators was limited so the waiting time was a little bit long. But I would still recommend Hotel Mundial.

Not bad. When booking the hotel, the child was not charged. When checking in, the hotel charged 24 Euros. Ctrip's processing was also very slow. He said 15 minutes to reply and urged. It took almost an hour to reply. Finally solved the problem

We landed here from a cancelled easyjet flight, staff were so understanding when we arrived. Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay and was a buffet style with a great selection. Room was very spacious and clean. A 1 minute walk away from metro entrance and supermarket.

Lisboa pessoa hotle is really wonderful hotel, this is my first time here, lisbon as my first stop for traveling Europe, this hotel just give me a great beginning. The receptionists are very friendly, because I came here early and would like to storage my luggage, and they are so kindly to help me check in and sent my luggage to my room directly. At Christmas evening, they also give me some small gift some, so sweet. The location is perfect, near the Santa Justa Lift, you can walk there only 1-2mins, and I also think it located in the center of alfama, close to many malls and landmarks. Wonderful place to live,highly recommended

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is so central you can walk anywhere you like and always fall back to your hotel if you are tired. The room is compact so be aware if you bring big suitcases as there is limited space yet enough if you bring a carry on or backpack. Bathroom is clean and big enough and the bed is comfortable. Great you get a complimentary bottle of Portuguese wine in the room and the staff was very friendly. The hallways are a bit dark and maybe the big bottle of water could be replenish after the second night of stay. Yet overall a great place and can recommend it.

This hotel was very new and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good variety. I am not sure about the location, because we were lazy and took Ubers, which were so cheap, when we weren't getting picked up for an activity. I didn't really learn the city like I normally do when we use the Metro or bus. Overall, I was very happy with this choice. The room was a decent size by European standards. The only issue was that there was no dresser so I stacked my clothes on the desk. This was a minor issue that wasn't a big concern. There didn't seem to be any bars immediately nearby to have a drink at the end of the day, but we found the hotel bar was fine for that purpose. We barely spent any time here because we were so busy with activities, but it was a good clean home base and I would stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by Hotel Lisboa and would definitely recommend it. It's located steps away from Avenida da Liberdade. Very convenient with an eye-pleasing walk down to the main square or over to the Parque Eduardo VII. It was sparkling clean. We couldn't have been happier. We had two rooms, one with a king bed and a pullout in the other room, which my friend said was very comfortable. Large windows that opened to let in fresh air and ambient street sounds. The breakfast buffet had a bit of everything with eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, seeds and coffee. Across the street is a mini-mercado and a delicious restaurant called Honest Greens. Would recommend it too, especially if you're veg. Would stay here again.
