Very good hotel with a great location. The service is professional and the staff are very friendly. Champagne and cake were given on my birthday, and the service was very attentive. This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during this trip.

Overall, it's good. The hotel is very private. It's also relatively quiet and conveniently located. However, the water that was finished on the first day should be refilled with a new bottle. I called the front desk to send water, but I didn't expect to be charged a bottle of water and service fee. The main reason is that I stayed for four nights in total. Except for the first night, there was no water refill. The next three nights had free water refills, and I was not informed of the relevant fees on the first night. In addition to this problem, Service: There was a breakfast service staff who was not very friendly and looked down on Asians.

The room was great. I booked a room with a loft. Two 1.5-meter beds. It was very comfortable. There was also a kitchen. There were eggs, milk, yogurt and fruit in the refrigerator. I cooked two eggs for breakfast every day. Then I went to the door at 8 o'clock to get bread. The housekeeper was also very nice. On the day of check-in, we gave us detailed information on the attractions and 2 and a half days of itinerary suggestions.

The hotel is located in the center of Lisbon, and it is convenient to take a taxi or bus. The breakfast is rich and the rooms are spacious and clean. The disadvantage is that the hotel's underground garage is located in the alley on the left side of the gate. It is only a dozen meters away from the gate, but because of the one-way street, you have to go around in circles. In the center of Lisbon, Amap and Baidu Navigation are completely useless, and they can't even handle the one-way street. I was yelled at by the police twice for parking, and the car behind honked the horn many times before I could barely park in.

The hotel and room are clean, the staff is very enthusiastic, and if there is a problem in the room, it will be resolved blindly. Breakfast is delicious and there are many types.

Facilities: There is a very interesting little elevator as soon as you enter the door. You must try it when you come. Cleanliness: Very well maintained and very clean. Environment: It's about a 10-minute walk from Liberty Avenue Level, a 20-minute walk to the elevator, and a 30-minute walk to the beach. You can basically walk around the city center. There are convenience stores and pharmacies 2 minutes away. Service: The service was great. I accidentally soiled the sheets on the last day. I told the guy at the front desk how much compensation I needed to pay later. He said, don’t worry, it’s not a problem. Finally, he comforted me and said everything was OK. of. I recommend everyone to order their Royal Egg, Jue Jue Zi, one bite at a time, super delicious. By the way, when you come, you must go out to the sea to watch the sunset, it’s absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is unbeatable! The recommended time to choose is 4:30-6:30, so that you can see the complete sunset.

Oh, we had wine and steak with room service. The location is perfect .. Buses, trams and subway stops are right in front of you and you can walk to the sea just a few steps away. It is an excellent historical building, but if you carry a big box, Uber can only go to the mountains. Need to call the hotel to pick up the car, or taxi can go directly to the hotel entrance

No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb. But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night.
