Excellent boutique hotel with exceptional service

Exceptional and outstanding service, staff were excellent, hotel impeccable, food excellent highly recommend

Easy to find and check in. The staff was very attentive and helpful with tips on what to do in the area since it was my first time in Lisbon. The room was inviting and calming, very spa-like.

Hotels belonging to Relais Châteaux will never upset you! Valverde is definitely one of the most worthwhile places to stay in Lisbon if you want to enjoy high-quality service as well as the local culture. The decorations are quite elegant, and it even looks like a small art gallery! All staffs are polite and patient, and they took good care of me! I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

Very satisfactory hotel, except for the small room type, there is nothing wrong with it. The room is clean, small cookies are delivered every day, the reception staff is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also exquisite and delicious semi-buffet. The hotel environment is elegant and the location is excellent. Almost all attractions can be walked to. Highly recommended

Overall, it's good. The hotel is very private. It's also relatively quiet and conveniently located. However, the water that was finished on the first day should be refilled with a new bottle. I called the front desk to send water, but I didn't expect to be charged a bottle of water and service fee. The main reason is that I stayed for four nights in total. Except for the first night, there was no water refill. The next three nights had free water refills, and I was not informed of the relevant fees on the first night. In addition to this problem, Service: There was a breakfast service staff who was not very friendly and looked down on Asians.

There are not many rooms, but the service is very good and the view is great.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very suitable for sleeping, and the aroma in the room blends well with the aroma of the toiletries. The breakfast is very average, only suitable for sleeping, not an ideal resort hotel.
