Amazing view from the room, great service. Staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Directly over the stairs to the beach. I recommend to spend there more than one night to make the best out of it.

I particularly liked the decor of the rooms. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Among other things, they allowed me to park my bike in the entrance area, and instead of just storing my luggage, they let me check in much earlier. The location is, of course, remote but beautiful, with plenty of nearby attractions and a great view. There was also a stargazing event, which was much better than I expected. The food was also delicious, very upscale but not over the top.

I stayed here on my first trip to Sado. I booked this hotel because it was adjacent to Sado's famous Futatsugame and had good reviews. Unfortunately, all reservations with dinner were full, so I stayed here without meals. The hotel is wide and faces the sea (Futatsugame), and the view from the lobby and the rooms is great, so it was very open and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, the bath was comfortable, and there were a wide variety of room and bath amenities. It's not a fancy hotel, but I had a very comfortable stay. As stated on the website, there are no convenience stores or restaurants near the hotel, so if you don't have a plan that includes meals, you have to bring something with you or eat before you go. If you want to go out to eat after checking in at the hotel, it takes about an hour to go anywhere, which is inconvenient, but if you know in advance, you can either eat before you go or buy something to bring with you, so it's not a problem. The starry sky at night was also a spectacular view from the room. Time flows at a leisurely pace, and this is the perfect hotel to experience something out of the ordinary. I'd love to stay here again! I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located next to Ergui Beach, only 5 minutes to the beach. There are no other restaurants nearby, so remember to choose the one-night-two-dinner plan when staying here. Breakfast and dinner are very rich. You can see the stars on the terrace at night, and you can also go to the beach to watch the sunrise in the early morning. In addition, the staff of this hotel are very polite and patient, which is worthy of praise!

It was difficult to understand how to use this site, and we arrived at the hotel without understanding the child's price display. We apologize for the inconvenience. We also provided rice and miso soup for the child. The hotel staff also provided good service and made me feel comfortable! Since it was June, there were some small insects checking in at the facility, especially in the bathroom (lol)

環境一流，對著無敵海景，泊車位充足，早晚餐非常豐富，性價比非常高。房間雖然不大，但舒服風景好，服務態度很好。

It was the first time I stayed in a hotel on a trip and I felt hungry🥲 I spent a morning taking a Jetfoil transfer to the island bus from downtown Niigata to get here, and then I was told that I couldn't make a dinner reservation that day. You should know that we did not receive this information when we booked the hotel. We did not notice it on the website, and we did not receive any email or phone notification. The hotel suggested that we go back to the pier to find food, because the nearest hotel is not within walking distance, which is not feasible for us who are tired from traveling and have no physical strength. Otherwise the only solution is to buy some snacks from the hotel tuck shop for dinner. The whole hotel is Showa style and the room we stayed in faced north which meant you couldn't appreciate the sunset from your room. The only good thing is that the windows are facing the tourism attraction. Btw, The hotel facilities are quite old and some details are not very clean.

We stayed at this hotel for a 2-day, 1-night family trip to Sado Island. It is located in an excellent location right next to Futatsugame on the northern tip of the island. We were given a twin room B, which was the only room available at the time of booking, but they installed 2 permanent beds and 1 folding bed. There was no problem with the comfort of the folding bed. The interior of the room was also very clean, probably because it had been renovated. The view from the window was also spectacular, with Futatsugame all to ourselves. Dinner was mainly seafood, with a wide variety of dishes, and the rice was delicious (we had 2 refills). The hotel staff were very friendly and took family photos, and we felt their consideration. There was an event where a guide showed us the starry sky at 8pm that day, and the weather was good so we could see the Milky Way. The large public bath (men's bath) was not crowded and we had it almost to ourselves. We had it all to ourselves the next morning as well. The breakfast was well-balanced, the number of dishes was just right, and it was delicious! It was in a great location, just a short walk from Futatsugame, there were not many tourists, and we were able to enjoy the magnificent nature. On the other hand, the only thing that bothered me was the sound of children running upstairs and the voices of the neighboring rooms. Maybe it's inevitable because the surroundings are too quiet.

二つ亀の目の前の立地なので、景観申し分なく、晴れの日なら日の入りもさぞかし綺麗なのかと思います。 風呂は鉱泉とのことですが、狭く、残念です。 料理は、たくさんの宿泊者がいるのでしょうが、ほぼ全て最初から出されているのが残念。 また！朝食にパンごないのが残念でした。

窓から二ツ亀が望め眺めのいいところに、ホテルがあります。お部屋、設備は古いですが清潔感あり、気になりませんでした。お風呂も明るく綺麗で、心地よかったです。お料理も、とてもよかったですね。周りに施設らしきものが無いので、晴れた日の夜は、きっと素敵な星空が望めるのではないかと思います。

二ツ亀の眺望がすばらしい宿です。 施設は、昭和っぽい建物ですが、リノベーションがされていて、きれいでした。お風呂はこれからなのかな…というかんじでしたね。 そして、この宿は食事が素晴らしかったところです。この値段でこの内容？って感じですべてがおいしくて、佐渡の食を堪能できました。 そしてそして、スタッフさんの心温まる対応、感謝感激でした。 佐渡でも一番北にあり、なかなかいけないところですが、機会があればまた行きたい！と思える宿です。コスパは抜群と思いました。
