As always, outstanding, and perfect for my needs... proximity to Batam Center facilities. Price-Quality Ratio unbeatable. Service by staff outstanding, in particular Lina Ria at Breakfast! I will happily return there in August 2025.

Staff were very friendly and hotel is relatively clean even though it's quite an old hotel. There's a lotte supermarket beside as well and walkable to One Batam Mall!

Location near batam center port walking distance like 15-20 mins. Room amenities provided as per advertised. Service quite nice can keep luggages if arrived too early however if there is option allow to have early check in will be much better but since room no availability so we only able to proceed check on after 2pm as advertised. Breakfast as usual, bread, coffee, mie and etc. maybe can improve the type of lighting from yellowish to more clear colour. Can get grab or gojek to travel arround.overall a night stay is comfortable.

Although according to Google map the hotel is supposed to be near ferry terminal, it’s however quite a walk. Suggest to just book a grab instead.. The hotel foyer, drop off point as well as lobby is better than expected. The staff at reception is very patient and friendly. The air in the lift as well as floor landing feel dreadful and still. The room and toilet is spacious. Love the bathtub. The condition of the room is acceptable as per the price paid for it. Could have been better if properly maintained.

It’s just a short walk or taxi ride from the ferry terminal, so it’s great for a short break from Singapore. The service was great and the free buffet breakfast made sure it was worth the price! Will definitely visit again.

The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the Batam Center. Location is good and the hotel is also clean. Hotel staff is friendly and polite.

Smooth check-in. Location is near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Room & toilet are spacious. I love their breakfast. There are various food & drinks.

The room was a normal business hotel. It was so cold that we couldn't adjust the temperature. Also, the fridge, telephone and security box were broken and couldn't be used. There were no face or hand towels. There was only a bath towel and a foot mat. The shower didn't have hot water. We complained to the reception, but the fridge and telephone had poor electrical contact and couldn't be fixed. They said they would replace the batteries in the security box, but they never did. Also, it was inconvenient that no sunlight came into the room. We were given extra blankets and endured the cold. We bought jackets for our children at Uniqlo in Megamall. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is good but the surrounding area there are no shop, no cooffeeshop. Shopping mall abit far out. Find food got problem need call grab for delivery

Simple hotel but cleanliness missing… towel dirty… Amenities basic but still better than some 5 star hotel in Batam… Breakfast so…so…
