The location of the hotel is quite good, not too far on foot from the subway (~5 min.), there are convenient service shops around: laundromat, small supermarket, a few restaurants (BRUTI is absolutely the one to recommend, the food is really good, the prices are ok - not cheap but not overpriced compared to the quality you get). The service given by the people working at this IBIS was fantastic! Huge praise to Davi, Isa and Fernando! (If you have the chance to meet them, say hello to them for us ;) About the room, it was a bit of a let-down: quite small, cheap furniture which felt old, no small fridge (although there is room for it, and with the supermarket nearby, it would have been nice to put some of our own purchases in a fridge), ... it could be improved. All in all though, a good stay, but mainly thanks to its personnel.

It was an affordable stay. The room matches what we paid for and the description. However the air conditioning was not strong so the room was so hot during our stay. Location is somewhat far from metro station, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Friendly staffs - the location is good, located along the side of road, away from the noises in the city. Also a short distance walk to Sete Rios the train and coach station. This is convenient if you plan to travel to other cities by train/bus.

Everything is ok. The room is clean but the light in room is little dark.

The room is clean, and the shower is working in order. The breakfast at 9€ is value for money. Wish that the access to hot drinking water could be available at every room level. The screening of Live soccer games at the lounge is readily available. Nice.

Good location. But there is no normal room available on our arrival despite early booking. We left with no choice but accept an ‘accessible room’.

Great and convenient location.

This is a really good hotel for solo travelers. The surrounding area is clean and there are stations, a zoo, and various restaurants nearby. The price is reasonable and the service is really good.

The hotel is close to the airport, with direct access to the subway. It is only a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making it convenient for travel. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities (but no refrigerator), and the bed is very comfortable. There is flight information in the lobby, and the front desk service is warm, suitable for transit or short stay.

The room is very clean, the facilities are very complete, the lobby on the first floor is also very clean, clean and bright, very close to the subway station, very convenient to go anywhere, the surrounding environment is very safe. The only drawback is that it is very close to the airport, there may be a little noise, but it is also quite good

I guess it was on the flight route, and the planes were very noisy, which affected my rest. It was not too far from the subway, train station, and supermarket. The bed was comfortable and the check-in was fast.
