Very good hotel. The service staff are enthusiastic, and the view of the river view room is nothing to say. Although the hotel is old, it is not out of date in maintenance. Most of the guests staying there are older European and American guests. It is suitable for relaxing and enjoying the scenery in the hotel, and feeling at peace with the world. It's not as crowded as the old town, and it's more convenient to take a taxi to the main attractions. It doesn't have the atmosphere of being an internet celebrity, so it may not be suitable for those who like to be lively and take pictures. Children especially like it.
The National Museum of Ancient Art is just a minute away, plus our hotel hosts an array of historical artwork. Several transit stops and Doca Alcantara are less than two kilometers away. Within a 10-minute walk you’ll find dozens of cafes, bars, and beautiful architecture.
We also feature an on-site bar and restaurant, plus 1,300 sq. ft. of event space.

I really liked the hospitality at Emerald house. My mother injured herself during our stay in Lisbon and the staff at Emerald house were really helpful! They gave us an upgrade to suite and i ordered all meals to room (paid service). When we had to go to hospital , the staff helped with my mother. Also, the check in and check out was super quick. The only missing thing is it’s not wheelchair friendly and they also do not have a wheelchair for emergencies. But this is usual it seems.

The hotel itself is a palace, the environment is very good, but there is a distance from the city center, compared to the secluded. Relative to the environment, the room looks normal. The hotel waiter has a general service attitude and can experience it in the environment. But once again, the black waiter accidentally sent a bathrobe and took the opportunity to look at the guests, because the check in was already six o'clock in the evening, the room had a bathrobe. Everyone is careful. It is because of the five-star hotel that there are quite a few such situations. Together with the Chinese, these waiters pay more attention to the mobile phone conference.

The apartment hotel on the Tejo River has all the necessary facilities: kitchen, laundry, master bathroom + guest bathroom, as well as a huge and spacious living room and balcony. Sitting on the balcony:
Watch the cars coming and going on the 425 Bridge🚘
Appreciate the white sails of the ships on the Tejo River🚢⛵️
Hear the train whizzing past in front of you🚉🚂
Watch the planes✈️ and seagulls🪽 flying across the blue sky
If the restaurant breakfast content changes a little, it will be perfect.

We liked the apartment. I highly recommend registering in advance via the website (request a link from the hotel manager via email). Then there are no problems with access to the apartment (another way to register is through the machine in the building, but sometimes it does not count the documents).
The apartment itself is clean and well-equipped. Every day the service came to us and did a symbolic cleaning: changed the towels, made the bed (without changing the linen), but the floor was not wiped.
The soundproofing in the apartment itself is normal, we did not hear anyone. But tourists under the windows sometimes shouted loudly, but in the city center, this is probably inevitable. The street is quiet, there are no bars on it, so passers-by will not bother you much.
We recommend the apartment!

We spent 2 weeks travelling in Europe and this hotel was one of the best value stays of the trip.
The staff were excellent and let us check in early. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning our room each day, even late afternoon.
The room was clean and well equipped. There was a fantastic view, it was possible to even see the water from our room.
The location is just away from the hustle and bustle of the city without being too far away. The area felt safe and seemed more like a business district.
The free breakfast was excellent with a wide range of pastries and some hot food.
We had such an excellent stay that we decided to go full into the IHG rewards program. Thank you!

As soon as I got off the bus, I felt the coolness of Lisbon. The hotel is in a good location. It is about a 5-minute walk from the restaurant frequented by Ronaldo. There are also many shops nearby.

The location of the hotel is simply awesome. On Liberty Avenue, Loewe is on the first floor of the lobby. It's a luxury to walk all the way, which is great for girls who love to buy. The breakfast was so-so, nothing to do, nothing special. The top floor is a small bar, overlooking the entire Liberty Avenue is good.
Located at the centre of Lisbon, HF Fenix Music is a charming themed hotel, with a rooftop swimming pool and far-reaching city views from its terrace. The brand-new hotel is a 4-minute walk from posh Avenida da Liberdade.
All the elegant rooms at the HF Fenix feature a musical theme, visible in its furnishings, colour patterns, decorated walls and even in its architecture. Each air-conditioned room is soundproofed and comes equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, multicoloured dynamic lightning, a wall-mounted flat-screen cable TV, safe and a desk. Also included are a private bathroom with free toiletries, as well as free WiFi access.
The lobby bar and the rooftop lounge bar have a variety of refreshments and snacks on offer. Some of Lisbon’s restaurants are within easy reach, at a 5-minute walk.
Marquês de Pombal Metro Station is just 110 metres away and provides connections with most of the city. Eduardo VII Park is 400 metres away. Nearby Avenida da Liberdade is filled with high-end shops and boutiques. Chiado and Rossio are historical areas which guests may reach through a 15-minute Metro ride. Lisbon’s Portela International Airport is 7.7 km away from the HF Fenix Music.

The hotel is located on a large slope, making it difficult to drag luggage. The hotel is very close to the tourist area Rossio, but it is not recommended to walk because it is also a large slope! It is recommended to purchase a 24-hour transportation card to enter and exit by bus or subway, which can save a lot of energy.
The space in the room is moderate, but there are no chairs and it is really inconvenient to have no place to sit.
The room has electric curtains, wash basin, bathroom, toilet and wash basin are separated, so it is easy to get the room floor wet when using the wash basin.
The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, but it would be better if the style could be changed every day. This would be more fresh for us who stay for several days in a row. We don't have to eat the same breakfast every day. The waiter was a bit aggressive in collecting the dishes, which was very good. Always ask to take the dishes away. The overall accommodation experience is satisfactory.
With a stay at Marques De Pombal Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Lisbon, steps from Avenida da Liberdade and 3 minutes by foot from Marquis of Pombal Square. This spa hotel is 1.1 mi (1.7 km) from Rossio Square and 4.9 mi (7.8 km) from Belém Tower.

It is a modern hotel, with very clean facilities and rooms. The service at reception was very friendly. Perhaps the only observation I have is that the breakfast is poor and there are few alternatives to choose from.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe location is excellent being in the centre of everything.
Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with appropriate choices and fruits are fresh and delicious.
Room size was a bit small but comfortable and cozy.
Would recommend for anyone who looks for value in traveling
KkthérèseThe river view room and toilet were small for one person so I’d image a couple would be uncomfortable here. The location is right in the heart of Alfama and a 10-15 minute walk to Chiado/Barrio Alto. I was excited to come and stay at this hotel after reading the reviews about how friendly the staff are, but I did not receive any welcoming or friendly service from any of the staff here. In fact, I felt unwelcome and almost as if I was bothering them when I spoke to them at the reception or asked first a simple request like water for my room. I previously stayed at Montebelo Vista Allegre hotel in Chiado and I would recommend this hotel instead. I wish I stayed there for the entirety of my trip.
華華人-明先生The hotel has finished the purple flowers downstairs, and the bathtub on the top floor is exclusive for the club suite guests. The suites are very good and the price is not expensive. The nearby Atlantic seafood is superb. The friends in Lisbon are good in English and very enthusiastic. The law and order is very good. Well, during the day, I can take the train to Rocca, and I will embrace the Atlantic for the first time in my life. It is 1 million kilometers away from Beijing, and the time difference is 7 hours. It is too far away.
VVincenzaThe room is large with 2 large and comfortable beds next to each other, the bathroom with shower is spacious with soft and large towels provided.
The general cleanliness is very good, they changed our towels every day even though we didn't ask for it (a choice that I think is not very eco-friendly)
There are some cafes nearby (we didn't include breakfast) and restaurants, the bus stop to the center is just a few steps away.
The center can also be reached on foot with a walk of about 15 minutes.
The Hotel has a covered parking lot at a cost of €19.00 per day, absolutely essential if you arrive by car since there are no other parking lots nearby.
AAndreI would book again but a bigger room. The installed not fully closing glass door to the bathroom/toilet will never be my favorite.
The reception is service oriented and welcoming. The cleaning staff should be instructed to communicate without yelling at 9.30am.
Location good. No view, but this is always an issue with small hotels in city center.
I would have expected more CR7 fan articles.
GGuest UserThe room is very nice and big, the kitchen facilities are complete, and the location is absolutely great. It is not difficult to get the key through self-service check-in, but it is best to write it clearly on the Ctrip page. In addition, Ctrip does not give you the password to enter the gate, so you have to contact the management yourself. I parked my car in a parking space across the street and was fined when I was carrying my luggage upstairs. The reason was that this parking space was only for residents and cost 60 euros.
AAnonymous UserBe careful with this hotel, in which service and facilities are wildly variable.
For our last night, one bath towel is missing for a room of double occupancy - a schoolboy error as they would call it - and when we requested the second one, the receptionist acted as if he were doing us a big favour. Then, on our last day, neither of our two room cards worked when we returned to the room 30 min before check out time - and because of receptionist shortage, it took us a good 15 min to get a replacement card - not a good thing for a hotel that brands itself for being chic and high tech.
The room controller, which is run by the TV system, as well as the lighting panel, are as dysfunctional as they get - one would have thought it should be a very simple thing to raise or lower the temperature through a quick flip of a switch, or a simple touch on dial. Instead, it is waiting for the TV to warm up, entering the room control panel, blah blah blah.
Note also a double bed at this hotel means two single beds slapped together. Not great if you have no wish to sleep atop a trench.
Our last night happens to be on a Friday, and the lobby practically turned into a dance floor with loud and cheap beats that went all the way to almost midnight and heard even on the highest floors.
No problem for being chic, but being chic is very different from being dysfunctional and uncomfy. A shame, as the location is excellent, some of the staff were nice and helpful, and some of the decor are clever.
WWariyukiI won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre.
The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment.
Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers).
Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too.
Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately.
Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.
SStefano CampanelliNot their fault... but on the route of landing of the near airport...
The room was quite good and modern; I was just expecting more space for a superior room.
Just a negative point: the floor wasn't wipe every day.
SSantosThe room was super clean, the location is near a public transportation which I'd good ans bad at the same time due to noise, the stuffs are friendly and helpful.
Therr only negatives are:
There is a TV and AC, but in order to use it you must demand the remotes.
As well as the fact that we either give them a credit card or 50 euros as a warranty instead of a ID, which we found it not so common and were doubting it, ans of course we gave cash.
