Price is high for what you get €1699,- for 6 day’s period 29 December till 4 January. I booked late bout in advance. For the price you get better including breakfast. For breakfast you need to pay extra."

"I had high expectations for Demänová Rezort, but our stay was a major disappointment. We booked a trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday, only to be met with poor service, misleading information, and unsafe conditions. Cleanliness & Hygiene Issues: Our room had an old pizza box on the balcony when we arrived—clearly, it wasn’t cleaned properly. Worse, on Sunday morning, there was vomit on the road leading to the restaurant, which remained uncleaned. Uncomfortable Accommodation: The bed was just two mattresses pushed together, making it uncomfortable. There was no power outlet in the living room, which was incredibly inconvenient. Security Concerns: The building’s code lock was broken or deactivated, meaning anyone could walk in. This raised serious safety concerns. Misleading Ski Pass Info: Their website suggested an all-day ski pass, but this was misleading—important restrictions were hidden in fine print. Lack of Dining Options: At 6:50 PM, we couldn’t get warm food at the ski center. For a ski resort, this is unacceptable. Dangerous Conditions: The sidewalks near the restaurant were covered in ice and extremely slippery, creating a hazard for guests. Wellness Center Issues: We couldn’t use the wellness center as planned because of unclear restrictions, which disrupted our birthday celebration. When I raised these concerns privately, I was met with an unwillingness to acknowledge the problems. Instead of a fair partial refund, they offered a discount on a future stay—as if I would ever return after this experience. If you value cleanliness, clear communication, and guest safety, I strongly advise booking elsewhere. This place does not live up to its advertised standards."

"The apartment is in a convenient location, just a short walk to the free ski bus which takes you up to the mountain. Apartment is good standard with everything you’d need in a self catering kitchenette. The owner and Paul were incredible, and so helpful providing airport shuttle and good advice on the local area. We will definitely be back - we took the Saturday to Tuesday flight from Luton and had three nights here. Ski hire shop across the road from the apartment."

"I can really recomend the superior appartment with private jacuzzi and infrasauna. It was clean, nice furnished, spacious, comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The meals in the local restaurant were fresh and tasty. The staff in the reastaurant and on the reception was very polite and helpful, trying to do our best. We didn't use the wellness, because of the private jazuzzi and sauna in our appartment. But we had beer spa and it was relaxing. The negative side of our stay was the chaos in the restaurant during dinnertime. The halfboard guests (as we were) should have separate part of the restaurant. A la carte guests were mixed with half board guests. Lot of the tables were reserved or blocked by the outside guests having celebration. We couldn't find empty table, there was chaos and noise in the restaurant. The buffet was out of meals probably due to many guests. I really recommend the resort management to avoid celebrations during busy weekends. This was a big minus of our stay."

"The venue is exceptional. Staff was very friendly, always eager to help, nothing was an unpleasant favor to ask. We did not expect to have a culinary experience at a family friendly resort, but the food was out of this world. Plentiful selections, excellent quality, incredible amount of dining choices, healthy local food, scrumptious. The facility is also in a very close proximity to Jasná ski resort as well Demanovské jeskyně -making it a very desirable location to stay. Both reachable under 10mins. In winter - ski bus is available & offered if / when desired. Entire boarding house was very clean, well kept, maintained & pleasant to stay. Facility offers also a wonderful outdoors space w/ kid’s playground, volleyball court, ping-pong table, trampoline & BBQ corner. There is also an indoors modern swimming pool & sauna [pool - free for guests, sauna - for addt’l charge]. Will definitely spread the word & recommend to others. There was not a single weak link in our stay."
