LINZ is the most worthless city to visit in Austria! courtyard by marriot only option to stay !! Arrival experience: 6/10 Bedroom size,amenities,mattress: 3/10 Breakfast:3/10 Comfort level : 2/10 Location: 1/10 The aircon system is old and very warm. The bed room is very outdated, the mattress is really hard. Additional pillows store inside wardrobe, which is really unnecessary. Pillow is too soft and flat. ROOM SIZE IS SMALL and only 1 bottle of water provided. Couldn't sleep well. Never never come back again

The hotel is a Marriott brand so they have strong attention to customers. Unfortunately I had some issues with the cleanness of the towel and water pressure in the shower and I reported it immediately. I received the full support from management. In particular, Taj from reception went above and beyond to help and make my stay enjoyable, Thank you so much Taj: those subtleties turn what could have remained a bad experience into an enjoyable memory. A big thank you to all the staff! A special thanks goes also to Laura, a young smiling girl in the breakfast service. She prepared delicious omelettes every morning with great care and love :) Thank you so much and wish you all the very best!

Convenient hotel for a business trip! Location is pretty good, accessible to all the shops and restaurants. Clean, friendly and bright.

Great room, good breakfast Very Expensive parking €25 😯😯

We were on a trip and had a highway stop for one night with one of our child. The Marriott king size bed could be enough for 3 people but it was strange that not even an extra towel was added to the double room standard equipment. Electric car charger started working in the garage but stopped later for any reason. Breakfast was good but coffee is better in most of this level of business hotels even in Austria/Germany.

Great hotel

The accommodation fee was double billed. And the staff secretly ignore Asians. They gave me beer after asking for it 3 times. The double billing of travel expenses is important to me. Please process the refund quickly.

Since we arrived on Sunday, there were few supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and they all closed early. However, the hotel's dinner was very good, and we tasted local beer. In addition, the breakfast was also very good. The hotel front desk also helped to print my boarding pass.

The breakfast is not worth the price, the soap and shower gel are not very good, there are no slippers, there are few lights and no USB, which is backward.

Not clean, especially the quilt. The first time I went there, the POS machine was broken and couldn't plug in the card, which was very embarrassing. The second time it was fine. The charging stand doesn't have a USB. 

A bit confusing about paying in advance via the Trip app. Otherwise it's great that you can charge your electric car for free.

A relatively new hotel. Stayed for one night. Overall it was OK. The breakfast was simple.

Nice and beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and also spoke English. Room where we stayed was neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. There was a bar and restaurant at the hotel, we didn't go there, but it certainly looked good.
