入住的時候一直有響聲很吵，問了一下保潔，説是燒鍋爐的聲音，並且告訴我晚上就停了，結果響了一整晚，半夜三四點的時候有喝酒的人來入住，房間一點也不隔音，酒瓶碰撞的聲音非常大

1、訂房間後打電話向前台確認，前台説預訂成功，歡迎入住，晚上10點10分到酒店，酒店前台説沒有預訂的房型了，説要麼換成低價房，但差價不退，要麼讓退款，最後11：45才入住；2、凌晨5點不知道為啥子，前台來敲門；3、前台叫停車的地方，第二天早上被物管用石頭框把車圍住，車不能開出去，問前台，他説沒有辦法；4、浴室熱水很小，洗漱很傷心。

環境：一般，房間有異味，總體體驗感差，不建議大家入住，根據自身情況而定哦，半夜三四點還有人在走廊裏大聲説話，特別的吵，大晚上外面的水聲大的，直接很難入睡，那個浴霸的水量很小，下面的開關還是壞的
