Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport

Embassy Suite in Baltimore was great. Many parking spaces and the breakfast station includes omelette or eggs ready to order. The chief and assistant did a fantastic job. Staff were nice there.

I’ve booked my stay at this location for many years. I love the convenience and helpfulness from the staff!

Good atmosphere and very comfortable mood

I stayed at the Embassy Suites BWI for two nights in September while visiting the area for a wedding. The bride had rooms blocked off, but I ended up finding a cheaper rate as a Hilton honors member online straight from the Embassy suites website. I called in advance about early check-in, but I was told that my room would not be ready being that the hotel was fully booked the night prior which was completely fine. Upon arrival, check-in was quick and I was assigned room 410. Everything was clean and nice. When you first walk into the room, there is a seating area with a TV that actually had my name on the screen saying welcome. As you walk further down, there is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. There is a closet with hangers and across from the closet as the bathroom. The bathroom had a full tub, and I love that there was a little sticker inside the shower with instructions on how to use it. I’ve never seen that before in any hotel. I mean it’s pretty self-explanatory, but it definitely would come in handy if someone was struggling. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom. I absolutely loved the back mirror in the bathroom, as well as the Zero brand toiletry products. The toilet seemed lower than most which may be an issue for some. At the end of the little hallway was the bedroom. I had a king room which had another TV directly across from the bed and there was a full-length mirror. From 5:30 to 7 PM daily there is a reception at the bar area with two free alcoholic drinks per person as well as unlimited soft drinks and snacks, such as veggies, goldfish, crackers, pretzels, and white cheddar popcorn. Breakfast is from 6 AM until 10 AM on weekdays but on weekends, I believe it starts at 7 AM. There was an omelette station, bacon, sausage, turkey, sausage, eggs, with cheese on top, hard, boiled, eggs, dry cereal, bagels, waffles, hot oatmeal, muffins, toast, serve your own soft drinks, coffee, fruit, etc.- definitely a very large assortment of choices. I would definitely stay at an Embassy suites again, but my only complaint was that they did not have a refillable water bottle station at the hotel.

Adequate, but not your typical Embassy Suites quality. It is humid today. AC in the rooms, but not in the main part of the hotel, so hot and humid while at breakfast, (waiting for omelettes), and leaving/entering the room. Full breakfast with made-to-order omelets. One person making the omelets and he worked very hard in a hot room. I hope he is receiving a decent pay. But being that it is Saturday, there was a long line for omelettes; ~ 15-20 mins. wait. That is wasted time. Scrambled eggs are an available option. There were many servicing the tables (clearing and cleaning tables) which was very nice and helped with the crowd and cleanliness.
