價格雖然比同類稍微便宜一點，但他就值這個價，甚至環境更糟糕，我很少給差評，首先環境衞生不好，桌子要用得自己再擦兩遍，拖鞋上全是灰塵，馬桶沖水不行，不上水，晚上衞生間上面滴滴答答漏水，酒店靠着馬路，窗户也不隔音，全是車的聲音，睡眠淺的人千萬千萬避雷，重要的是房間潮，被子潮，房間有異味，薰得人頭疼，體驗感非常非常差。

房間還可以，衞生打掃的挺乾淨的，環境整潔附近吃飯很方便，距離商業街也不是很遠，都挺好的，房間熱水充足。

衞生間一直飄出臭味，店面很小找不到。售賣房型和圖片不一致，衞生狀況差，空調製熱效果弱，隔音不太行。總之便宜是唯一的優點……

大家選房的時候一定要看一下評價，一定要看一下評價，完全與宣傳頁面的圖不符合。衞生差，牆面都出梅了，屋裡有股味道，四樓水壓不夠，挺小。洗浴的地方連個門都沒有整棟樓屬於陰森森的，勸大家花個100多也別住這一種。
