開6個多小時車，晚上10點多到達 一進門前台問有訂房麼，回答訂了。直接説沒房了，你退了吧！
我説已經訂上了怎麼會沒有房間呢，説“沒房了你退了吧，應該是沒關係統，這就關。”
？？！！ 我説我已經訂上了的房間，你一句退了就不管了？後面又請示經理又怎樣，又説我沒給她告訴，以為是我剛訂的，巴拉巴拉…
更奇葩的是，最後給我安排在5樓，一出電梯，樓道是黑的，不僅如此，樓道此起彼伏的滴滴聲，間隔幾十秒就響一聲。開了門插卡，直接我們就出來了。就這樣，退房的時候説超時了，不給退。
我們在5樓，6樓都轉了，有大量空房間都開着門，根本不是所謂的“沒房間了”。而且其他樓層都是安靜的，就給我們安排了噪音最大的一層樓。
大熱天30多度，進酒店大門和樓道都是沒有空調的。第二天，孩子比賽還是在這報道，安排的房間空調要不開不了，要不就是衹送風不製冷。
就這麼個情況。

房間太冷，衞生間更冷，現打空調，屋裡沒有礦泉水，水壺生銹太久沒用，沒有服務員，衹有吧枱員，總枱服務員説沒有服務員，衹有收錢的。餐廳吃的更是不咋滴。啥也不是，總之都不好體驗。
