Excelente estadia em família, piscinas com águas termais, ótima estrutura, com quadras, represa para pesca, boas refeições e muitas atividades principalmente pra crianças até os 10 anos!

Thermal waters are delicious. But the hotel and equipments are old and need an urgent upgrade. Service is courteous. However beware of the music. It is blasting loud to the point it is a nuisance. One can't hold a conversation at the pool during a barbecue because of the loud samba. Ditto to the music at night which echoes along the corridors. The hotel would do well measuring the noise level and holding it to a certain limit.

Food was the best! Everyday a different menu, especially for the meats and salads. Dessert quite similar every meal. Rooms get long time to be cleaned but they can do it by evening. I lost my baby's milk bottle and my sister lost her daughter's glasses and they found them both and kept well to give is back on the following day. Crib and baby bathtub was also provided. Not so many activities for children at 2 and 3 years but for over 4 the kid's monitors can be very helpful.

QUASE 2K A DIARIA PRA ISSO TIME DE RECREAÇÃO PERDERAM MEU FILHO DE 8 ANOS, AS 10:30 DA NOITE NINGUEM SABIA AONDE ESTAVA MEU FILHO !!! UM ABSURDO. CHECKOUT, UM ATRABALHADO TIME, ABRIRAM A PORTA SEM BATER, EU ESTVA NO BANHEIRO.... SENDO QUE EU ESTAVA DENTRO DA MARGEM, PQ EU RECEBI INFORMAÇÕES QUE PODERIA ALMOÇAR LA, NO MESMO MINUTO RECEBO LIGAÇÃO NO CELULAR, AVISANDO QUE ERA PRA EU IR EMBORA, SENDO QUE EU JA TINHA FALANDO PRO RAPAZ QUE ABRIU A PORTA, QUE PODERIA VIR PEGAR AS MALAS QUE ESTAVAM PRONTAS...OU SEJA, VÃO LA COMER, PRONTO !!!

A acomodação é boa, a gastronomia boa, o cafe da manha boa, os monitores ótimos para diversao . Fora do restaurante voce paga a agua de 500 ml R$ 8,00, achei absurdo o preço. As cadeiras da piscina sao boas, porem encardidas, tem que levar uma toalha que eles oferecem de graça para cobrir onde voce senta/deita porque é meio desconfortável o encardido, a gente nao se sente bem. Fora isso e o preço da agua, é tudo muito bom.
