Overall we definitely enjoyed the stay, the staffs were really nice and patient to answer our questions, and the restaurant there was awesome as well. However, the toilet in our room seemed to have problems with the flush can apparently they couldn’t fix it. Despite, I recommend this hotel for your journey.

Bella struttura, nuova e a pochi km dal vulcano Etna. La colazione è sufficientemente varia, ma il cibo servito al ristorante lascia molto a desiderare. Ci hanno confezionato una food bag per l’ escursione composta due panini piccolissimi con pomodoro scondito, una arancia locale ma piccolissima, un piccolo muffin e una bottiglietta d’acqua da 40cl al costo di 10 euro. Meglio prendersi qualcosa dalla colazione da mettere in borsa. Un peccato che una struttura così perda il senso delle cose e scada nel ridicolo. Consiglio altri posti nelle vicinanze, almeno per provare qualcosa di diverso

Catania'dan , Etna yanardağına giderken bir gece konakladığımız muhteşem otel . Çok yeni , balkonu keyifli , odası konforlu , banyo tertemiz . Kahvaltı çok iyi . Fiyat / performans olarak çok çok iyi . Wifi sorunsuz çalışıyor . Klima kusursuz .

Hôtel très basique, ne vaut pas 4 étoiles, les photos du site mettent en valeur... Elles ne révèlent pas la réalité, 4 jacuzzi extérieur mais c'est petit et surtout sans vue... Vraiment dommage, le bar n'est pas un bar ...pas de cocktail.chambre réservé en lit rond, on a une autre chbre quelconque, proche de l'ascenseur, vue sur bâtiment délabré, pas de papier toilette, sèche cheveux HS.

Servizi ottimi Personale accogliente , disponibile , gentile Stanze e struttura pulitissima Cena al ristorante abbondante e buona , servizio rapido nel portare i piatti Colazione a buffet abbondante di vario tipo , salato e dolce . Compreso di cappuccino o caffè preparato e servito . Tantissime varietà di dolci , crostate , cheesecake , creme di vario tipo , torte , succhi, ciambelle , bignè e molto altro . La Spa pulitissima , luci soffuse , non confusionario come posto , vari tipi di tisane ottime . Paesaggio di montagna nella camera da letto, clima gradevole e rigenerante , con tavolino nel terrazzino per bere qualcosa o mangiare fuori Tutto perfetto , consiglio vivamente !

Le 4 bellissime Jacuzzi sono un toccasana dopo una gita a cavallo, o una escursione sui quod o una giornata a sciare... acqua sempre controllata, pulita, riscaldata. Leonardo, il gestore dell'area relax garden è gentilissimo e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza degli ospiti... i camerieri sempre pronti a servirti un generoso cocktail ... e le numerose sdraio e tavolinetti a disposizione per il tuo relax... per una vacanza rigenerante!

Very good hotel near to the Etna north face.
Hello, our best hotel in Sicily (on a total of four) the only black point was the secondary sofa bed the spring bed was really uncomfortable. Main bed (rond) was perfect. Room at the 4th floor was large and practical. Terrasse view to the Etna north face is amazing. Welcoming staff with great care. The Gatto blue restaurant was really good not so expensive in regard to other place we visit in Sicily.
Globally the customer experience was delightful.
