酒店位置具佳，近地鐵8號線超近，特適合出遊、逛街、商務出行等各種旅行，尤其酒店緊靠前門大街，步行就能自由串行與北京大小衚衕及各大名勝古蹟。

酒店在縣委黨校邊上，應該屬於黨校，位置很好，安靜，房間裏乾淨整潔，早餐品種豐富，出行便利，往城裡和高速口都十分方便。對面是郝經公園，雖然不大，但休閑一下還是很好的。服務也好。再來陵川的首選酒店。

酒店位置好找，停車方便，到的第一天晚上出了點小意外，服務人員很快就解決了，態度很好，熱情周到！裝修不錯，乾淨整潔，早餐品種豐富，很好吃，下次來陵川還住這裏。

房間比較大，比一般酒店大，停車很方便，有專屬的停車場。唯一不滿意的就是附近缺乏商業配套，500米以外才有像樣點的商店，比較遺憾。
