辦入住的時候，説沒有找到我預訂的訂單，前台就讓我打電話問老闆，結果老闆也説找不到我説那怎麼辦？他讓我退款然後我退款之後就找到我的訂單了但是那時候酒店還沒有同意我的退款我就跟前台説你駁回我的退款申請然後直接給我辦入住吧我懶得重新定了，然後前台説我已經同意退款了，而且是在我説完之後她才點的同意退款，真的非常的生氣，拜託酒店能不能找個聽得懂人話的來當前台#房間設施地板磚都裂了能不能換一下，我花錢不是為了住殘次品的#衞生馬桶那個東西都是歪的，正常來説打掃的話不是都會擺正嗎？還是説衹是打掃了一下

這個酒店的員工是小偷，放在裏面的手機被偷了。前台員工的態度非常強硬，非常差！還打死不承認，我的iPhone14。在這裏住一晚就虧了一個手機！建議去住這個酒店要防止員工進房間，衹有員工才能有房卡進入房間！或者員工與外界人員合作，拿房卡給團伙

酒店內沒一樣好的東西，空調壞的，電視機壞的，最重要的是插頭沒有防護蓋，不小心觸電就完蛋，後來前台給換了一個房間，插頭還是沒有防護蓋，太無語了，一個字，爛，還260一個晚上，不知道哪裡值了
