房間還是可以的，就是管理還需要進步。兩瓶礦泉水以外的要收三元一瓶，熱水老半天也沒有，服務人員也不會弄，真是一言難盡。

温泉説是到晚上8點，實際上6點多就沒有幾個池子有水，你要是着急刷池子下班，你可以説到6點，我們想來的遊客可以自己衡量要不要早點來，這叫啥事？礦泉水衹給兩瓶，再要就收費了，三塊錢一瓶，大晚上的上哪賣水？高價水您就喝吧，600塊一晚的酒店，水限量，可以的。

浴場內免費食品不是無限供應，而且需要排隊，且每次限量，體驗感很差，不應該是這個價位的消費水平。重點是住宿的酒店！！服務跟不上，內置物品不提，住了這麼多年酒店，我也是第一次遇到！晚上十點有人開開我們的房門！！！把媳婦孩子嚇夠嗆！幸虧我把安全鎖鎖上，不然沖進來了！給前台打電話，告訴我查房正常！且敷衍了事，你以為是住學校寢室呢，需要你進來查房嗎？？到底是想搶劫還是想幹嘛？温泉也是差評！服務完全跟不上！花1600過來擔驚受怕了！提醒朋友們別來了，必須要來住店的朋友，請自備武器，以免不測！！！生命安全最重要！！！

路過林甸泡温泉，為了省事定在景區裏，首先説優點，前台小姐姐很好溝通，我們想帶寵物，前台小姐姐説不影響其他客人可以安排一個靠邊的的房間，很是感激！缺點就是感覺酒店經營有些問題，設施未完善，前台很小，我們入住時都差點沒看見，圍了很多人，前台人也少，人多的時候就忙不過來，效率比較低，入住加各種問問題的顧客，辛苦前台了，然後就是我們的房間挨着布草間，先不提那天走廊裏的顧客起的大早唔嗷喊叫的，隔壁布草間的酒店工作人員在布草間門口也就是我們房間外面扯個嗓子大喊，喊了一早上，你但凡進屋裡工作我都沒意見，隔音還不好，實在是沒休息好，服務意識有待提高！

1.入住的時候空調不好用.經過師傅處理才好用.2.温泉區域用餐地方蒼蠅好多.點的餃子牛肉帶血沒熟.3.退房按金沒退.説是退給我啦.查完監控才退.4.總體入住感覺還好.服務態度一般.沒有太好的體驗感.

第一次差評！房間有蟋蟀🦗，還有一些小爬蟲！我都不説了！浴巾濕的還有黑黑的臟東西，忘拍了就當沒有！最糟糕的是2000一晚的房間居然沒有遮光簾，一晚房間亮堂堂，早上4點多就天亮，更別説咋睡覺了！房間泡池地磚也不防滑，容易摔跤！
