1、那個泡池裡麪還有頭髮，根本沒有清洗過，而且那個水還渾濁
2、我問前台幾點退房，前台告知我是十二點，我説最晚可以幾點，又告知我可以到一點，是不是如果我不問最晚可以到幾點，就衹讓住到十二點，最可氣的是我看房間的酒店服務指南，上面清晰的寫着兩點退房？請問，是區別對待嗎？
3、很差勁，三百五的酒店，服務和外面一百塊的服務是一樣的，而且也不告知怎麼往房間方向走，本身大堂就很大，也沒有任何標示

硫磺温泉真的超棒沒話説，水温恰到好處，泡完能緩解疲勞，一整個人都輕鬆了。酒店停車方便，房價舒適，環境不錯，服務好，很熱情，衞生乾淨，放娃娃的好地方，值得推薦的一個好地方。

環境跟衞生都挺好的，乾濕分離。但是酒店不包含温泉門票，温泉門票一人50，不過泡池比較乾淨也比較多。我們去的比較晚，就泡了一個小時感覺比較虧。然後離城區比較遠，想去逛吃不是很方便。

酒店的位置不錯，從版納到騰沖的必經之路上。酒店房間內的設施也不錯，尤其是還有一個温泉泡池。不過最絕的是室外的温泉泡池，既能泡湯，又能享受周邊的美景。就是早餐太簡陋了一點。。。
