設施和裝修都不錯，新穎實用，特別是衞生間的各功能都能獨立使用，床上用品乾淨衞生，停車很方便，美中不足是前台服務還有待提高，最起碼的微笑服務都沒做到……

從來到酒店那一刻都沒有舒心過， 首先停車時問前台呢，前台不理人，等了好久又問一遍車停哪裡， 直接給我指停路邊， 問他外邊會不會貼條又給我指裡邊，結果裡邊沒車位，問保安師傅，保安師傅也不管， 我又問前台，前台就説一句沒車位了！ 後來太晚了，那就按前台説的停在店門口了， 但是第二天，兩輛車全部有停車費， 問前台，前台説她不知道！！！ 你門店門口你不知道會有人收費！？ 態度和表情更是讓人冒火。 後來到上樓有個房間沒有一次性牙刷，另一間馬桶沒有刷還有黃色尿漬,、 再到客房大姐，我想讓他幫忙晾一下衣服，直接給我來句“幹活 沒時間”！！！ 你們這家店都是些什麼精英啊！都這麼“厲害” 再到我們晚上回來問停車票的事，前台換人了，翹個二郎腿喝着奶茶 直接給一句“我不清楚明天上班你們來問經理吧” 真牛啊， 給我瞬間氣炸火啦。 衞生也是一言難盡， 選的還是攜程上榜酒店，為了不影響店內評分，你門店還是考慮換些最起碼負責人的員工吧～。 還有這洗漱用品跟沒法説，兑兩瓶一樣的，

升級了房間，房間面積很大，乾淨整潔，停車位充足，臨滄美食很多，而且適合兩個人分量的那種，太喜歡了。離玉龍湖不遠，繞湖走一圈很不錯。
