房間看上去很乾凈，服務態度也很好。但房間有兩衹蒼蠅飛來飛去的，衹好把食物、杯子用紙巾蓋起來。第二天早餐時餐廳裏也有蒼蠅，出發時車門外也有。也許不是酒店的問題，是當地環境應該清理一下吧

Arrived Monday night 2/11/25 left Tuesday. Tuesday night I started to itch my ankle and found BEDBUG bites both ankles, back and arm. I called Steve at the front desk who said he would pass this on and I would hear back. Never did. Called the next day and was told by Kilie she had no knowledge of this but would notify the manager. Again no response. Spoke to Kilie again today 5/11 who gave the phone to a person claiming to be the new manager as of today and was told they checked the room but found nothing. Her dismissal and lack of concern that someone can check in with no bites and then have multiple was overwhelming. Pretty much a to bad so sad. Please see the below pictures. I did notify the local health department. I would never stay here again.

Took forever to get checked in and I had to use 2 credit cards because their system didn’t work. Didn’t honor my Expida pricing so I paid full price and they charged me an extra $15.00 they claimed is a convenience fee. Convenience fee for what? Nothing at this place was convenient!

The customer service is great but there are some major plumbing issues with the bathroom. Most of the time the toilets wouldn’t flush and seemed to back up. We changed rooms twice and had issues with both rooms. We talked to other guests during breakfast and the issue was widespread. Also, the breakfast was terrible. Everything was overcooked.

Very nice room and hotel. We got in late on 5/11/25 and got up to the room, immediately got a text from IHG welcoming us and asking if we needed anything. I texted back to ask if there were water bottles downstairs we could come get. The reply said he would bring them up to us, and the front desk attendant came up to bring us two water bottles each. Great service, and we really appreciated it! Location was perfect for our trip. Great service all the way around. Will stay here again!

Clean hotel, very small parking lot--even the entrance off the street is barely wide enough for two vehicles. We were in room 219, which is in the front of the building right by a live tree, one of the only trees probably in the area. If you like a lot of bird noise from the talkative Grackle’s and House Sparrows, you will enjoy it. Hopefully they sleep at night. Please Holiday Inn folks, keep the birds. They are wonderfully chatty and amusing.

This is a very nice hotel, we used to love Hampton Inns, however we were extremely disappointed to find dogs in the hotel. We did not realize that Hampton is a pet friendly hotel. We feel this is disrespectful of people who do not want to coexist with animals! Who wants to go to breakfast and find animals in the dining area? Also a man came in with a large barking bulldog while we were in the dining area. Do you guarantee that only certain rooms are used for customers with pets?
