La Villa Beaupeyrat - Apparthôtels de Charme Dans bâtisse de caractère

Disappointing We arrived to no staff as it was a public holiday in France. It was 40 degrees and we spent a while trying to find the room as there is no map in reception. The apartment was hot and stuffy and they only provided one fan for the whole space (2 bedrooms and large kitchen/living area.) I emailed to request another fan but had no reply. The beds were rock hard, but the worst issues was the smell of the drains that run just outside. It was horrific. We would not stay here again.

Good condition and clean. But not enough equipment for an apartment - no tea towel, no water glasses, only 2 wine glasses/plates/spoons. These aren’t expensive to provide!

We were located in the Chalet, above the garage being a 1 bed apartment, up a wooden staircase to get to it, very quirky and quaint. The apartment was lovely and clean, and added bonus of being able to park at the back of the villa out of sight for security reasons, if your car is full of stuff. There is no aircon however, and so if you are going at a really hot time of year, make sure you check if the hotel can supply a fan, or take your own. We visited in a heat wave! Great location - few minutes and you are in the centre ville!

Dirty bed. Dirty floors. Stunk of damp. Really not good. Supper tatty and worn out. Avoid. It's a horrible dump. Didn't stay.

If you want a self catering apart / hotel this is perfect. The restored building is tastefully done with the rooms well appointed a a large modern bathroom. Given there is no food on offer you'll have to bring it with you or hunt something down in town, not easy first thing in the morning. We liked the place though it lacls warmth and ambience. Having said that we'd stay here again, beds and linen all excellent quality, and room very spacious.

Last minute decision to stay in Limoges… Happy with the decision. Very accommodating.
