"We stayed at Rancho Bernardo for a 3D2N family getaway. It’s quite far from the metro, so you really have to dedicate at least half a day just for travel back and forth. When we arrived, we were asked to park and were escorted to the reception via a golf cart. Check-in was smooth, and they served welcome drinks while the staff helped with our bags. The service was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My partner and I stayed in the first Villa where the owner used to stay. The rooms were very spacious and the location is stunning. There was only one other guest during our trip, so we practically had the resort to ourselves. The Cons • Breakfast: This was a bit of a letdown. It’s a plated breakfast with very little room for special requests. Given the price point of the resort, you’d expect at least a buffet option. Also, the booking mentioned an English/Irish style breakfast, but the actual menu only had American and Filipino choices. • Pricing: The restaurant menu items are generally on the high side. • Room Fixtures: The bathroom could use more functional fixtures, like a hanging rack for towels or clothes. • Pests: There were insects and mosquitoes inside the villa when we first entered the room. • Noise: The koi pond can be a bit noisy in the evening, though they turn it off automatically later on. Overall, it’s a beautiful and quiet place to relax, but there are definitely some details they could improve on for the price."

"Location is great. Just a bit more than 3 hours ride through NLEX and EDSA from Manila. Clear beach. Conservation center with small sea turtles is just 50 meters anway from the resort. Attentive service. It was a big pleasure to talk with owner - great personality and she really cares of clients experience. She is one of them the reasons why we want to stay in Bayandati again and see the improvements. Resort accepts all types of payment. Why only 4/5? I would say it’s 3.75/5. - Restaurant and all the resort activities are too pricy even comparing with BGC and Makati. High basic price+ 12% fee+5% charge. - Prices in menu in restaurant’s menu and in rooms are different. When you make an order from room you don’t know the real final price. - Traveling with an infant is a big challenge because of the noise from neighboring resorts (karaoke at any time) and ground surface is not for stroller. Our baby was all the time on our hands. - breakfast: 1. resort is very close to the sea and there are many sailors, but there is no seafood on breakfast, just sausages and adobo or tocino. 2. You have a coffee, but no dessert. Even no cookie."
