The facilities are outdated. There is no air conditioning indoors. It is very cold in winter. The electric heater does not work well. The experience is very poor.

The room was average. There were two bottles of mineral water in the room on the day of check-in, but there were none afterwards. One of the two bottles of mineral water had its cap unscrewed. Google Maps shows it is a five-star hotel, but to be honest, it is not as good as a budget hotel

Decent hotel. Bedrooms are decorated in an old fashioned way but clean. Service is great. A bit more pricey with room service than I expected but food was great and fast. Something I needed after a long day of travelling. Gym was okay, it had enough machines and wasn’t too busy.
