The facilities are outdated. There is no air conditioning indoors. It is very cold in winter. The electric heater does not work well. The experience is very poor.

The room was average. There were two bottles of mineral water in the room on the day of check-in, but there were none afterwards. One of the two bottles of mineral water had its cap unscrewed. Google Maps shows it is a five-star hotel, but to be honest, it is not as good as a budget hotel

Decent hotel. Bedrooms are decorated in an old fashioned way but clean. Service is great. A bit more pricey with room service than I expected but food was great and fast. Something I needed after a long day of travelling. Gym was okay, it had enough machines and wasn’t too busy.

Nuestra estadía y servicios tomados , fueron A1 ,desde la atención y comunicación muy rápida y amable . Realize la fiesta de mi hija y las habitaciones muy comodas y las instalaciones A1 El servicio de decoración A1 la señora ,Fabiola Cordero muy atenta con todos mis detalles lo realizo como lo soñé. El servicio de Dj ,Xavier en todo momento hubo coordinacion y comunicacion hasta un dia anterior a mi evento. Muy atento a todo. La señorita Kiara super atenta y muy preocupada por todos mis detalles quede super contenta El Maitre Walter Yataco muy atento a cada detalle y los mozos super serviciales ante cualquier eventualidad. Quede muy contenta con todo el servicio y facilidades brindadas en el hotel. No hay duda que es mi lugar favorito 🥰🥰
