The hotel was once very famous. It had an elevator at that time. Many celebrities stayed there. The restaurant was crowded at night. When you checked in, you would get a small cocktail with lemon flavor. It was also very famous! I also tasted the yellow one which seemed to be mango flavored, not bad! There will be tourists visiting here. You can walk to the Plaza de Armas from the San Martin Square. The only thing I'm sure is that it has a stale smell. It's bearable after staying for two nights. Recommended!

This place is amazing, what a beautiful hotel in the heart of Lima I would definitely recommend this place and will come back. The staff was wonderful, I arrived seven hours before check in and my plan was to leave my luggage in the front office closet and come back to check in but they were able to check me in seven hours prior at no extra cost. They definitely left a good impression and will definitely come back here when I'm in Lima.

This hotel is full of history! Many celebrities have stayed here, and the antique decor makes you feel like you’ve traveled back in time. The food was delicious, and they even prepared a to-go breakfast for us when we left at 4 AM—it was amazing! If you want to experience the charm of old Peru, this is the perfect place to stay.

L’hôtel est le vestige d’une époque révolue où la grandeur de l’hôtel était à son apogée. Aujourd’hui l’hôtel est devenu basic et le personnel de qualité médiocre. Triste fin de vie. Les chambres sont cependant de bonne qualité et l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre historique de Lima. A faire donc !

Personnel de l’hôtel très serviable, compétent et sympathique. Salle de restaurant et service médiocre dans un décor de mobilier rudimentaire et pas très valorisant pour l’hôtel !
Chambre et surtout sanitaire « vieillot » et surtout prises électriques et luminaires pas dignes du nom de « Grand Hôtel » Bolivar Avantage réel d’être en centre ville pour les visites du centre historique en revanche, et efficacité du personnel de réception ont compenser la réelle déception sur la qualité de l’hôtel.
Tout cela surtout pour vous aider à l’amélioration
