The welcome, the service, the attention to detail, the food, the ambiance, the room, the breakfast…..can I just generalise and say that everything was perfect, thanks that’s so much easier. All the staff were so friendly and so helpful, my Spanish is quite terrible and I needed to contact our next hotel in Cusco, I asked concierge if they could assist and one phone call to the hotel and Eduardo has resolved my dilemma in a matter of minutes. This is ranked as one of the best hotels in the world, and so it should. If we ever go back to Lima, this will be the only place to stay.

Customer service and hospitality at this hotel are top-notch. The room was impeccably, cleaned and staged. The linens were crisp and comfortable. Bath sheets were plush and very absorbent. My suite was impressive and cleaned daily. I especially enjoyed the aromatic bubble bath with lit candle. One hiccup, the hotel hosted an event on the last night of my stay, an inconvenience which might have been avoided had I received advanced notice to facilitate necessary accommodations.

For US $200/night I stayed at this stunning hotel in Lima, Peru. The service was exquisite, the restaurant excellent and the overall milieu was so beautiful.

The hotel itself is luxurious and elegant. The standard room was very spacious and lux. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I would recommend the Country Club Hotel.
