After a 13 hour drive, it was a relief to experience a friendly and efficient reception desk. There were no issues and they all had smiles. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and very conducive to a good rest. I would have no problem staying here again.

We got there late due to a funeral. Check in was about a 45 second exchange which was nice, but we didn’t really know where to go as we hadn’t been there before. Not a lot of direction. The room had a very overpowering deodorizer smell. It was too much. But, the room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower was great too. Upon check out, all of the staff was outside. I don’t know if I did the right thing or not, but I left the room keys on the front desk when I left as there was no one to speak to. The whole thing was weird, but we slept well and it was clean. Definitely not worth the 160+ dollar room fee. The TV was in a really weird place too (room 131).

Good location right off I75 close to restaurants and a few miles from downtown. Outdoor patio featuring 2 gas grills and a seating area. Large lobby with an adjoining bar and lots of tables. Free breakfast was pretty good: omelettes, sausage, English muffins, bagels and more. Good coffee! Rooms are spacious and have a kitchen - full fridge with freezer, microwave, sink, dishes, glassware and a table for 4. Friendly staff. Nice pool and spa, etc. A good value.

I’ve stayed here twice in the last few months, and have one more trip to go. It is one of the only places to stay, especially if you’re there for more than a day or two. You have a BBQ grill to use, a stove top, microwave and full fridge. That alone saves you money by not having to eat out. I’ve had 5 spinal fusions and usually have issues with beds other than my own, knock wood the beds here are comfortable and I had no problems. I did run into ONE issue, the fridge stopped working causing all our food to be tossed. At first they said there was nothing they could do, mind you I had $90 worth of food because we were there for over a week. Josh who works the desk made sure he took care of it and I was made whole. I was the 1st person this happened to so they didn’t know what to do. Speaking of Josh, he seemed to be there 95% of the time and was ALWAYS friendly, personable and helpful!! He’s definitely an asset there… My one and only complaint, which falls more on corporate, is that they advertise that they have rice cookers, games, slow cookers, blenders and other stuff to make your stay easier… I asked for the slow cooker and was told it was signed out… I waited 4 days and still nothing, on day 6 or 7 they said it can’t be found…maybe someone took it… my thing is this is a fairly large hotel with a lot staying long term, WHY do you only have ONE slow cooker??? I’d hate to see how many of the others you have!! A minimum of 5 would be nice and keep track of it. If you have kids with you take advantage of the games, the first time I went I asked about them and we were the first to ask!! They had games for all ages!! There’s a magnet on the fridge with all they offer that I think nobody reads, but they have a bunch of stuff to help your stay be easier…the pool is nice, but it was closed due to a broken heater, they have a nice gym and laundry room as well. i wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Lima!!

Had to check out a few hours late due to a death in the family. They required we pay for an entire night just for those few hours. We have checked out of Hilton properties late before for reasons much less compelling but were never charged another night. We will never again stay at another Marriott property.
