My husband and I had a great stay. The staff are so kind and sweet. The breakfast was great . Also the room was very clean and very quite. The beds are very comfortable.. The only thing that did wake me up was when the train would blow that horn. Other then that we had a really great stay. We will definitely go back but just get a room away from the train horn so it's not loud.lol. Thank you guys for a great stay.

Great experience. When arriving we were greeted by Shamya and Elizabeth who took very good care of us. Very pleasant. Nicole takes care of the breakfast bar and kept it stocked and tidy. Nick handles the front desk in the morning. Nicole and Nick were very accommodating and friendly. Our overall experience was great due to these 4. You can tell they love working there. We will definitely stay again when visiting Lima.

Loved it! The front desk staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us in anyway possible. Lauren needs a shout out, her personality is outstanding! I'll be back in the summer time and will stay here.

Love this place and the breakfast was a great as well as Lorraine who hosted breakfast for the past 3 days! she made our son extra food after the breakfast was closed. Great personality and the area was so clean and she interacted with everyone. We will return and hopefully Lorraine will be there.

Outstanding Staff! The beds were very comfy, and the pillows helped me sleep as well as the sound machine that was offered by Lorraine when I checked in. The GM Andrea helped us with directions which were spot on. An older hotel near plenty of places to eat. Lorraine also noticed my Birthday and sang to me which made MY day that much more special. Also loved the breakfast selection. I shall return in a couple of months with more family members!

Great place to stay, hot breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, nice gym, great location. John was very helpful during my recent stay. I stay here for business once a month for a few days. They are always very nice and accomodating.

The location is not the best, However the staff from check in to check out made up for Any issue with the train noise. Earplugs, sound machines are offered at check in if I was a light sleeper. John who works am shift was wonderful as well as Lorraine!
