It was a very comfy bed and a great location.....especially because we saw the start of the Tour de France : ) We tried the recommended restaurants and liked them very much.

Disappointing! Do not recommend. A most sterile/unappealing stay. Where do I begin? No warmth or hospitality. Cold ambience. (And I have no problem with a modern aesthetic.) Not a hotel, B&B or guest house as promoted by numerous online resources. No breakfast as promoted either. No reception or any human contact whatsoever. All key codes. No elevator, which was never mentioned and we were on 3rd floor. No one to assist with bags, questions, directions, etc. Breakfast was not included as advertised. Amenities were bare minimum. No safe. No safety lock on door. Not at all convenient to Lille sights. The list goes on… Bottomline: stay elsewhere.

This hotel is very good. There is no reception. Everything is done by entry codes. Code to get inside the hotel and a code to get into your room. Make sure you have this information before you arrive. No lift so not recommended for elderly people unless on ground floor. We only had breakfast once but it was very good. All clean and very quiet. The nearest cafe is about 15 mins walk.

There were 2 staffs working in the office in the morning only. This property is a combination between a boutique hotel & ABNA. There are no other facilities.

Lovely boutique style hotel. Only a few rooms but charming and beautifully presented. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a large bed and really nice en-suite. Very peaceful. Easy walking distance to old Lille and car parking nearby. Also the citadel park opposite is a nice open space for walking and cycling. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Super WE de 3 jours à Lille, notamment grâce à l'Esplanade ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil courtois et efficace à l'arrivée du propriétaire, tout comme l'attention et l'efficacité de Joe qui nous a accueilli chaque matin pour le petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. La chambre était spacieuse, au calme, propre et très bien équipée. Il n'y a pas de front-desk mais nous avons eu tout ce dont nous avions besoin, y compris des conseils pour les restaurants proches. L'immeuble, une maison de famille bourgeoise est bien placé et très sécurisé, avec des transports proches. Vraiment rien à redire, D'autant plus que, souhaitant avoir des lits jumeaux, le propriétaire a fait gracieusement installer un lit supplémentaire (confortable) dans la chambre à côté du lit double.

Le meilleurs rapport qualité/prix qu'il m'est été donné de voir. Un établissement de grande classe ou chaque détail est pensé pour tendre vers l'excellence. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, les équipements et les matériaux sont de grande qualité, Cet hotel particulier est vraiment particulier dans le bon sens du terme. A découvrir impérativement.
