入住需交50按金。房間乾淨整潔，大小合適，和圖片展示的房間沒區別，空調效果很好，被子偏薄，前半夜吹感冒了，把空調關了，後半夜又被蚊子咬醒了，今天起來才看到空調要收費2元/h，但是老闆也沒收。有一次性洗漱用品，沒有一次性面巾，沒有浴巾，沒有吹風機，吹風機需要可以找老闆拿。沒有電梯，但是老闆會幫忙搬行李。老闆還幫我們將需要冷凍的食物放進了冰箱。一整晚住下來都很安靜，因為位置在小巷裡。唯一的不足是老闆的服務意識不夠，我們因為凌晨一點才能入住，老闆提前電話確認了，但是能聽出他很煩燥，因為我們去得晚耽誤他休息。衞生間裏沒有垃圾桶，想着五樓他還得送來，就沒説，結果半夜被蚊子咬得睡不着，老闆説你開空調不就好了，我們解釋説感冒了，需要蚊香，我們連打兩個電話，想要垃圾桶和吹風機，總是話沒説完，他就立馬掛了。給人感覺很不耐煩。

很舒適，性價比高，交通方便位於市中心地帶，娛樂商務都很便捷。附近公交很方便有公交直達高鐵站，火車站。老闆服務熱情，老闆是個百事通，有問必答。真有賓至如歸的感覺。

賓館雖然在極窄的巷子裏，但進出也還算方便，門口比較寬敞，可以免費停車，出了巷子，交通也算方便。入住時正趕上老闆家有喜事，對客人服務稍有怠慢， 房間衞生處理潦草，入住時間一再推遲，體驗非常不好。但願平時都在正常狀態。
