## Lijiang Muyuntang Inn Muyuntang is a quiet place in the ancient city of Lijiang. With blue bricks and black tiles, a deep courtyard, sunshine and good times. The proprietress is full of smiles, and a cup of tea can make people relieve their fatigue. The room is warm and elegant, and you can see the blue tiles of the ancient city and the picturesque mountains in the distance through the window. In the evening, the wind chimes in the courtyard ring softly, the sunset dyes the sky golden, and the heart becomes peaceful. Under the night, the lights of the ancient city and the lanterns of the inn complement each other, and it is warm as home. Here, time slows down and the heart calms down. Muyuntang is a warm station on the journey, and it is also a place for the soul to rest, making people linger.

Wonderful first time trip to Yunnan. The inn is clean and have all the amenities I need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, speedy assistance when I request for something. The breakfast mixian is yummy. The lady boss provides excellent service. She helped to book all my major transportation to n fro airport, visits to the snow mountain and musical play and even the purchase of tickets. She'll share info of where are the places worth going in Lijiang ancient city. The various shops I went, to take cultural costumes photo and purchase of silver accessories and to eat are recommended by her as well. She even helped me to book the mini tour for my shangri-la trip in between. You can basically ask her anything you need advise for travel in Yunnan. Very glad that I've chosen this place and I'll stay here again if I do come back to Lijiang.

Staying here is akin to basking in warm sunshine in the cold winter. From the moment we stepped into the grounds, the warm welcome and sincerity of staff members such as May, Daisy, Dada and Qing are keenly felt. The close proximity of the clean and well-maintained Bivou to quaint shops and flowing streams and ponds allowed us to maximise our time where we enjoyed tasty and unique Yunnan cuisine, culture and places of scenic beauty. The well-designed Bivou included an organic herb and vegetable grounds and the engaging in-house tours and activities such as nature journalling are very educational. The hotel and its practices are an eco-haven and it is wonderful to be surrounded by luscious sprawling nature. The food at Bivou cafe is wholesome and served with much dedication and care. We enjoyed our stay and the company of “Heimi”cat, “Corny” sheep, a goat and dogs that visited us. We will recommend The Bivou as our preferred hotel in Shuhe, Lijiang.

We booked for 7 nights are this hotel, after searching and reviewing other accommodation options available in Lijiang. We choose this hotel due to the location - on the main road. And walking distance to Black Dragon Pool, Dayan Old Town and bus stops. The room is very cosy and comfortable, clean and spacious. All toiletries are provided. Love the big size double bed. Do take note that the toilet has no lock and the shower area although is separate with the toilet area, it's only divided by a glass panel. Thus, if you are travelling with friends, this might not be convenient. The hotel is strategically located with walking distance to Dayan Old Town and the public bus stops is just a few steps out of the hotel. There are a lot of eatery around the hotel. Very convenient to take the tourist bus or public pub to places of interest. The roof top has a fantastic viewing platform to see Yulong Snow Mountain and you can see the sunrise from here. The breakfast is fantastic too. There's a lot of variety and we didn't get bored for the 7 days breakfast we had in the hotel. The hotel also provided daily yogurt and flower cakes, which you can request from the reception counter and the robot will deliver to your room. There's also free drinks at the receptionist counter. The hotel staff are helpful and courteous. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hostel. Comfortable beds with electric heated blanket, curtains, plugs. Good hot shower, place for drying clothes on the roof. Around 2 km from the old town. Quiet neighborhood.

The B&B is located at the foot of Lion Mountain in the center of Lijiang Ancient Town. It is quiet in the bustling city, convenient for travel, and convenient for going anywhere. The observation deck of the B&B can see the whole picture of the ancient city. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The airport pick-up service, luggage pick-up service and afternoon tea provided are very convenient and affordable, saving a lot of trouble. The room is cleaned in a timely manner every day, and the hygiene is good. In short, it is very cost-effective to stay here, and it is a very pleasant stay experience.

I recently stayed at Huiyu Jushe Guanjing Inn, and it truly felt like discovering a hidden gem! At over 300rmb per night, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I checked in. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with either a panoramic scene of lush green mountains and tranquil waters or charming ancient streets and alleys—every photo I took felt like it belonged in a movie. The room itself was well-equipped with everything I needed: air conditioning, hot water, and reliable WiFi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I found myself falling asleep within moments each night. This hotel will attach a butler for each guest during the stay. My butler named Dashan. He was warm and attentive, always eager to assist with planning my itinerary. His kindness and the other staffs made our stay even more memorable. They even provided afternoon tea, and the public terrace was another highlight—it was so cosy!🫠 The inn is also conveniently located, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Given the combination of comfort, stunning views, and excellent service, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this spot to others. Don’t miss out!

The first time I came to Yunnan, I looked at hotels for 2 days and finally chose Aruo Kangba. Because I brought my children, I wanted to experience a hotel with local characteristics. It was very lucky to choose a hotel that is so comfortable to live in. This hotel, I think it is also comfortable to stay in the hotel without going out. It is fully functional, the boss will also make tea and chat with you, and there is a bonfire party in the backyard... I am really lucky to choose Aruo Kangba! By the way, the boss is very thoughtful and also gave a ******* incense New Year gift! I like it very much and it is very exquisite! All the experiences of super five stars, because of the local customs and human feelings.

The location of the B&B is very good, the environment is very comfortable and quiet, it is also close to the parking or taxi place, there are many good places to eat and visit around, and it only takes three or four minutes to walk to Qinglong Bridge and Sifang Street. The room is large and comfortable, with complete facilities, and there is a large bathtub for bathing. The boss is very nice and the service is very thoughtful, it must be rated five stars.
