Very good stay in Lijiang old town. They gave us a free upgrade of the room which was very appreciated. The room was cozy and clean, and the hosts helped us with our luggage and offered us tea and fruit at any time. They were very warm! The facility location is right on top of the hill, so you will get a marvelous view of the old town and the Jade dragon snow mountain, probably one of the best views you can get in Lijiang

Wonderful hosts! Extremely helpful! Great service! Perfect location! We enjoyed our stay tremendously; even the stairs😂. Stairs, stairs, stairs… everywhere! But, we loved it! Truly great group of people running the place. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic boutique Hotel with gorgeous rooms! Delicious Chinese breakfast served. Location is on a hill so views are great but accessibility a little tricky.

Excellent hotel, great views of the snow mountain and super friendly staff! 10/10 would recommend. The balcony has great views and the hotel decoration is very appealing! Will definitely come back again just for the location and views. They also have very healthy breakfast options that is great for digestion. This hotel offers better service than any other five-star hotel. The staff is all friendly, and I can feel the lady in particular really being sincere about the guest, and she does everything first before I ask. She recognized the tour packages for me, who is not good at Chinese, and solved all the conveniences. Plus, she invited me to their dinner for me, who is traveling alone during the holidays. Thank you very much. (这家酒店的服务比其他任何一家五星级酒店都要好。 工作人员都很友好，我能感觉到这位女士特别真诚地对待客人，在我问之前，她先做一切。 她为我认出了中文不太好的旅游套餐，解决了所有的便利。 此外，她邀请我参加他们的晚餐，谁在假期独自旅行。 真的非常感谢。)

Our first trip to Lijiang, and what a memorable experience! Our host contacted us and helped to arrange pick up from train station and treated us to a tea tasting when we arrived. She also gave us a room upgrade and it had the best view of the Snow mountains and Lijiang old town! There are many eateries and shops near the hotel, its a small walk downhill to the main ancient town! She also gave us recommendations for places to visit and was so helpful! Definitely staying here again whether its with friends or my wife for sure! Thank you Xinsu for the love!

Service is nice everything ok

It has been a wonderful experience staying at this holiday inn in Lijiang. The staff were very friendly! We managed to get an upgrade to one of their rooms overlooking the Yulong Snow Mountain. The staff also recommended places to dine and even arranged pick-up transportation from the airport to the holiday inn. Breakfast was great! Overall their service was spectacular! This place is highly recommended!

The views from this hotel are amazing and it's worth staying in this hotel just for the views. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative about the room was that it smelt horribly of cigarette smoke - we were there for three nights and it didn’t go away during that time. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (although a bit harder than we're used to - normal for China though). The young lady who works there (花花 ) was very helpful and kind - she arranged to buy some coffee for us on the first day (as they don’t serve it). She also offered to make us some sandwiches for breakfast if we didn’t like the Chinese breakfast (we did like it, so we declined the offer of sandwiches). After we left she sent us a recommendation for a very reasonably priced but high end restaurant in Baisha which we really enjoyed - by far the best restaurant we've been to so far in our travels in China. We would never have found it without 花花's help as it wasn't in the touristy area of Baisha.
