It says 24h reception. It wasn't!! I came in the middle of the night, and i couldn't find it. Cuz everything was closed and was nobody there... it was horrible experience.. too high price for the room and such terrible service. Only swans on the bed were cute!

The room is retro, needs to get some renovation. The price is good, while it is situated in a good spot. There is a large balcony and very close to the Kata Beach. They welcomed us so friendly, such a great staff. If you are there, you will love the special looking cat🙂

Hello everyone! I was pleased with the room, the location, the owner and the entire staff in general! Welcoming, friendly! Any issues were resolved promptly! The room is cozy, the bathroom is clean! And the main highlight is the balcony, where you can chat with your neighbors! I will definitely stay there again! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Good hotel, convenient location. The room is spacious, large comfortable bed. The room has everything you need, the only minus is the lack of a hair dryer. But for such a price - 13,000 rubles for 9 nights - this is insignificant!

We stayed at this hotel in February 25. The location is excellent. There is a 7/11 in the neighboring building, a night market and restaurants nearby. There is also a restaurant in the hotel itself - they cook well. Cleaning is not so good. The hotel is located on a quiet street, not far from the sea. There are no Russian TV channels. The hotel provides laundry services, which is very convenient. The hostess is a pleasant, cheerful woman.
