The room is big and the service at the reception was efficient. Shuttle bus was also convenient with advance booking available. Only 5 min away.

the room is very clean and the staff are all friendly and ready to help especially the front office manager Mr 罗黎。He actually remembered my last name after a period of 6 months. Very impressive indeed. This hotel is also close to a mall and within walking distance. This will be my hotel of choice whenever i visit chengdu.

I only had one night. Facilities were good. There was even a night club and a bar in the hotel, although I didn't have time to use them. Good location with plenty of services around.

Like the self service Laundry, breakfast is good. Near the airport but the shuttle bus stops at1:00 am, not good for travellers arriving at that time, I was accused by the taxi driver for short distance.

Staff at the front desk need a bit more training. Stayed for 2 days and realised the front desk was not very helpful or lacked the willingness to help. Halfway thru my stay, room temperature kept rising, and i called the front desk. I expect the front desk to at least update the status but none bother to until I went downstairs cos i cannot stand the heat and then only I was told "oh the aircon broke down, you mean you called earlier?" Maybe I didn't, my soul did.
