Fantastic hotel. Had a great stay here. Always enjoy our time at an Orange hotel chain.

Hotel is nice and location is perfect to explore Lijiang. Rooms are spacious and a family can enjoy and feel like a home. One of the plus point for this hotel is they provide free laundry service which is best when you’re traveling for longer period of time.

New hotel but the cleaning services is rather inconsistent. Several days the cleaning lady did not clean the stain on the table and did not organize the used cups/ mugs which was left unwashed for the whole week I was staying here. 3 out of the 7 days I stayed here, they forgot to replace the face towel which I had to call the front desk and asked them to send to me manually. The washing machines and dryers were too little in quantity and there were long queue for using the washer and dryer after 8pm, there were no washing detergent provided unlike other Orange Hotels branches. They offered me a plate of fresh fruits and free breakfast as a compliment for staying 1 week at their hotel.

Worth every cent of mine and one of the best stay experiences throughout my kunming trip. Offer the best value out of your money, facilities, cleanliness, room size, bed, bathroom everything was really above my expectations towards a hotel room at this price rate.

As good and clean as always, the housekeeper sent flower cakes and fruits, but unfortunately I didn't have the hotel breakfast and fruits due to altitude sickness. The room was super clean, the king-size bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeper answered all my questions. Great

The front desk was very friendly. When I first arrived at the store, they took the initiative to help me upgrade the room type and gave me a breakfast coupon. The room was large and very quiet at night, and I slept very comfortably. The overall sanitary environment was also very clean.

The room is large and clean, the service is excellent, and the laundry facilities are very complete. This is the most satisfactory hotel I stayed in during this trip to Yunnan. Next time I come to Lijiang, I will choose this hotel as my first choice

This time, I stayed at Orange Hotel all the way out. I felt that the pillows were more comfortable and the curtains had a better light blocking effect. This hotel is about 20 minutes' walk from the ancient city, which is quite convenient.

The Orange Hotel (Lijiang Ancient Town Shangri-La Avenue) is the best and most comfortable hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Yunnan. The hotel rooms are very new, the decoration is very warm, the rooms are large enough, the shower is comfortable, and the front desk staff are even better. They treat guests like family members. I will stay in this hotel again when I come back and pass by Lijiang.

The service was very good, the breakfast was rich, the room was clean and tidy, and there was a peach tree on the side of the door which gave us a surprise. The flowers were so beautiful. At first I thought they were fake flowers. I didn't expect to see such lush peach blossoms in this season. It was beautiful!

As good as ever. Orange is always my first choice for travel. It is trustworthy wherever you go. The service is warm and friendly. The room is clean and hygienic. Fruits were given even when I stayed for 3 days. There was someone to clean the room every day.

Huazhu Club's hotels are very comfortable and good in every aspect. It feels more comfortable than a five-star hotel. The room is clean and the bed is moderately soft and hard. It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The overall environment is clean, tidy and comfortable. I will choose Orange Hotel again next time if I have the chance.
