The room is refreshing and clean, small and fresh room! There are a lot of cute fluff dolls in the lobby, especially cute, and a cute cat, children like it very much! A few big boys are at the front desk to receive and carry our luggage for us, very warm! The price is reasonable, recommend the first choice for family travel!

The Old Town of Lijiang
I had a wonderful stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, Checked in and out within a period of 10 days in April 2024. Good location and is very convenient to commute. I booked my China Eastern Airline flights through Trip and I was not able to upgrade or select seats. 和应花, the front desk reception staff was so helpful. She used her mobile to check the airline office hotline and made the call for me. She didn’t even mentioned the cost or whatever expenses incurred. With her help, I was able to made whatever necessary arrangements required. I sincerely thank her for extending her service beyond her requirements. I would also like to thank the other front desk staff who helped me with my very heavy luggage. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bivou is a gem in Yunnan. The service staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile to make you feel like you’re at home. I was assigned a room surrounded by greenery, and the feeling when you look out the windows was amazing especially when it rains. They maintain the space very well and there were no bugs in the room despite all the plants outside. They have in house activities if you wish to have a rest day from the touristy stuff. Food was delicious too - I think they use the produce that they plant themselves so it’s very fresh. South East Asians would be glad to know there’s kaya and milo available for breakfast! I couldn’t catch everyone’s names but big shout out to all the hardworking staff there including Xuexue, May and Layla for making my stay so lovely.

The host are friendly and bring us walk into the homestay from where we drop off and arranged tricycle to carry all of our luggage, the homestay located inside the Lijiang Ancient city which can’t access via car. The view is breathtaking and happening inside the town. It’s convenient with foods, shops surrounded. Their local breakfast especially mee sian (noodles) is yummy also. Definitely will revisit the place.

It is quiet in a busy area, just a few minutes' walk from the south gate of Lijiang Ancient Town. The inn is decorated in an ancient and elegant style, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The kitchen aunt and the cleaning aunt are very kind and friendly. The landlords are very dedicated to their work, enthusiastic and careful, and can handle any problems as soon as possible. There was a surprise when I checked in: the shampoo of this hotel is particularly effective for oily hair! My hair can remain fluffy and fresh until the next night!

After comparing many B&Bs, they have floor heating, breakfast included, and a gym. The price of this room is too good! Who in the family understands? ! ! They will create a group chat when you check in. If you have any needs, talk to the group and they will help solve them immediately. The cafe can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, so you don’t have to go to the check-in coffee shop☕️ I originally thought I would go out and play around, but I ended up being so comfortable in the hotel that I didn’t even want to go out. The boss was so kind. He invited us to have dinner together and talk about multiple pairs of chopsticks🥹. It felt like we were at home. The food is so delicious! Highly recommended! ! ! 💯
