Ctrip's information was wrong again. The hotel has no parking lot. You can either park on the roadside or in a very expensive parking lot. The room was super small, even by European standards!

Zimmer ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist über das danebenliegende Parkhaus direkt erreichbar. Es liegt in der Nähe des neuen Bahnhofs in einem Viertel Lüttichs, welches sich in den letzten Jahren positiv entwickelt hat. Moderne und einladende Eingangslobby. Überall Comic-Dekoration, ganz toll belgisch!

Het was een last-minute boeking vanuit de trein in Duitsland omdat wij door de vertragingen onze aansluitingen zouden missen. Online 3 kamers geboekt. Alles is perfect verlopen. We werden om middernacht heel vriendelijk ontvangen. We hadden zelfs 3 kamers naast mekaar. Het ontbijt was lekker, en zeker voldoende keuze. Ook de decoratie van het hotel is opgevallen. Waauuwww… allemaal belgische *****figuren. Knap gedaan!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and are very happy with our stay. very kindly people working there. The hotel and room are super clean. Cosy room, good beds, good shower. Classic breakfast buffet. Fresh water, coffee and tea always available for free. It is 3 minutes walking from the trainstation. Carrefour Express is around the corner from the hotel. It is a nice walk to the city center, about 10 minutes walking. Recommended.

The reception was warm and helpful. The room was very well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and clean. Spacious bathroom with a large shower, and plenty of closets for those staying longer. The area with the bed exuded tranquility. The bed itself was excellent. Large TV, air conditioning. What struck me was how quiet it was in the hotel. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices, fresh and tasty. Throughout the day, you can get free coffee, tea, and water. The lounge is very cozy. The hotel is less than 800 meters from Guillermins, and via a detour along the Meuse, the center of Liège is about 2 kilometers from the hotel. A lovely walk.

When I booked this hotel ibis as always children stay free as long you stay in the specific room that you have paid. A staff named Marilyn was so rude and confronted me that we cannot all stay in the same room she told me to book one more room. I told her we want to stay together.for I cannot leave my children in one room already pay non refundable and non cancellation. So she called here manager but still they forced me to book one more room. I have no choice so I did it because it was already 10pm and I’m so worried about my family. Be careful when booking with family specially the reservation staff named Marilyn she was so rude. Emmanuel from London
