Environment: The overall environment of the B&B is very good. It is a Chinese-style courtyard. It just rained when I went there. Sitting in the courtyard gave me a very comfortable feeling.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene of the B&B is OK. Maybe because it is the rainy season, there is a damp smell in the room. It was slightly better after turning on the air conditioner for a while. The towels in the B&B did not feel very clean, so I used the ones I brought with me.
Service: When I checked in, I wanted to take a bath in the hotel. The room I booked had a bathtub, but the hotel did not have a disposable bath bag, and the plug of the bathtub could not be found. There was no toothbrush in the room. I reported it to the staff, and they helped us find the plug in the corner of the room and provided toothbrushes in time. The service was very good, but it also showed that these details were not paid attention to when cleaning the guest room.
