Planet Hollywood Costa Rica by Royalton, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

This is our first time to Costa Rica! We will be back for sure. Planet Hollywood made us feel like family. Front end staff was very accommodating, I informed them that I couldn't do stairs so they were able to relocate me to a ground floor room. There are trolleys that go from the main lobby area down to all the rooms and to the pool area. And you don't wait more than a few minutes. We tried three different a la carte restaurants the Italian the steakhouse and the Tex-Mex text Max was our favorite. We absolutely loved the entertainment team they were very engaging and we're calling out to my husband throughout the week to get him to join in on the activities. Shout out to Davis and the Christians! But the entire team was great. Loved the artist that was working at the Tex-Mex restaurant and did a special design for the table for us for anniversary we were blown away. The Cabanas were amazing well worth the money. Justin was our bartender at the Cabanas and he was great always checking in on us seeing if we needed any drinks or food just great service overall. Allan was our bartender at the main swim-up great guy! Loved that the beach here was black I've never seen anything like that before in my life and I have told my husband that when we come back to Costa Rica we have to come back to Planet Hollywood!

We spent a few unforgettable days at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica and everything was just perfect. The staff was always friendly and attentive — especially Adrian and Valeria, who made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived. The resort itself is beautiful, surrounded by nature and with amazing ocean views from our room. We loved seeing monkeys around the beach every morning and never had trouble finding a spot by the pool. The shuttle service around the resort was quick and convenient. Everything was spotless, the food options were great, and the atmosphere was relaxed but elegant we booked a couple of excursions through the hotel and others with Gabriel from nomadtourscr. The difference was clear, the tours with Gabriel were better organized, more personal, and offered great value. We did the Buena Vista Adventure, hike to La Leona Waterfall, private boat ride and all were incredible experiences. The scenery was breathtaking, and our guide made everything easy and fun. My teenage sons especially loved the waterfall — it was adventurous without feeling rushed or too difficult. Overall, we had an amazing time both at the resort and on the tours. Planet Hollywood is a fantastic place for families and groups looking for adventure and relaxation in one trip.
