El apartamento está bastante bien. Aunque si haces la reserva por medio de Trip hacer el check-IN es bastante engorroso. La persona que nos atendió por parte del departamento no se enteraba muy bien sobre lo necesario para hacer el check-In, aunque en todo momento tuvo muy buena predisposición. Además, la comunicación por WhatsApp es muy buena con respuesta casi inmediata. Pero lo dicho, si haces la reserva por medio de TRIP el check-In es bastante burocrático.

Not worth the €100 a night I paid for the room. The first one they gave me was cramped and dark, and the mattress was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. Also I was woken by a baby crying in another apartment every morning and the sofa bed had stains on the arms. Also I don’t know how you are supposed to navigate the kitchen if you have the sofa bed out as it would block the way to the exit and bathroom from the bedroom. I respectfully complained about the issues and the lovely property manager Desiree said I could move to another room, but I had to wait 24 hours for it to be vacant.  The new room was much better although noisy as it was on the ground floor right by the street, and the mattress on the new bed was still poor. All in all I would not stay here sgain.

It is bigger than expected, very comfortable, very clean, and it is very convenient to check in by yourself. Everyone remember to check in in advance to activate the key. The chek in webpage has to fill in four occupants. Don't worry about the extra number of people filling in no.

El apartamento es moderno y las camas eran cómodas, pero la ubicación no es muy buena, aunque no hemos tenido ningún problema. Un detalle le dejaron una camita y cuencos para el perro.

Hotel location is very good, but it is a self-service hotel, there is no front desk, check-in is very troublesome, all rely on yourself, cleaning during the stay is charged, the room air conditioning is basically a display, contacted the hotel said that the air conditioning is repaired, the result is to go back to see is to add a fan, The room we stayed in was noisy, the car with hand garbage in the middle of the night was very scary, and the bed was enough for a family of 4.
