優點是地理位置特別好，到哪都挺方便的，有一個小型停車場，但是白天都停着本地車，晚上車位才能空下來。房價真的是很便宜。缺點是，我住的一樓，下水一直🈶水聲，還有點下水道的味道。不知道需要去前台要一次性拖鞋，沒有人説，就一直沒穿。入住需要先交100元按金，然後退房時需要等待查房。我家自己帶的枕巾和一次性被罩床單和坐便套，用沒用需要花錢的東西一定要記好。當然畢竟價格在那了，所以説什麼都收費，我還是能理解的。總之總體感覺還可以。

實在太差了！房間設施陳舊，衞生差，枱面上全是灰，床品發黃。就算馬桶套收費可以理解，連紙巾和礦泉水都要收費，我也是服了，全國都沒有這樣的！退房還得查房，太慢，服務太差！唯一一點可取之處就是有停車場，雖然不大，倒也方便。第二天一早看馬路邊也有很多免費停車位。真心不推薦。
