I spent 2 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. Not a typical hotel room, pleasantly decorated, nice lighting and everything is clean. Pleasant staff, smiling, kind. Thank you! I'll stay here whenever I'm in this city.

訂了兩間房，總體環境不錯，比較喜歡公區，很大，有下沉閲讀休息區，很有氛圍。晚上不論沿城牆路遛彎還是在古城衚衕裏閑逛都很舒服。房間設施温馨，有小度音響。床品衞生有待加強，當時凌晨沒有拍照片，有一塊發硬污漬，沒敢深想，反着蓋的被。淋浴間下水慢，洗澡一會兒就積水了。我入住的木蘭，應該是中央空調就在窗外，半夜嗡嗡嗡的噪音不小，由於當天滿房，都凌晨十二點多，看前台也就一位新來的小姑娘值班，我忍了一宿。會再考慮入住，但不會再選木蘭這個房間了。

入住大椿榻榻米雙大床房，這次入住體驗簡直糟透了！洗澡時，第一個人剛洗到一半，熱水突然沒了，當時冷得渾身發抖。找酒店反映，被告知是獨立熱水器的問題，可實際根本不是每個房間獨立供應，而是整層共用一個。先洗的客人用完熱水，後面的就衹能乾等。酒店始終解決不了，送來的熱水量少得可憐，連泡腳都不夠。而且房間設施多處存在問題，有的窗户關不嚴，有的燈沒有關閉按鈕，整夜亮着，嚴重影響休息。所謂的配置都是表面功夫，實際體驗太差，真心不推薦！

400多的房間裏潮濕而且有發黴的味道，馬桶用一次上水要好長時間，房間是靠馬路邊打開通風就會很吵，還有就是房間有木質的傢俱既然有小蟲，孩子被咬的夜裡都沒睡好，體驗感很差，前台大廳裝修獨特適合拍照，服務還可以吧。

1.以前基本懶的評論，但這次確實尤其失望。本來還有提前四小時入住權益的，倒是我們下午兩點半到店還沒打掃完，進屋潮乎乎的有打掃的味道，地面和洗手池也沒幹，被子上也吸附的黑毛毛。
2.廁所馬桶蓋是松的，沖水按鈕是壞的，沖一次廁所還得好好搗鼓一下不然一直跑水。
3.晚上洗漱，沒有熱水，問前台説得自己燒水洗臉刷牙，不然就得用淋浴洗臉，最後在19度的陰面屋子硬是用涼水洗了臉，洗完老清醒了。洗澡的話，前台發微信説儲水式熱水不夠兩個人稍微長時間連續洗。
4.投屏模糊，對焦對不上，將就能看。
5.防盜門鎖是壞的，插不上去，詳細見視頻。
6.掛衣架衹有1個，看之前別人評論也説沒有，店家説已經改進了，看樣子還沒改。而且掛鈎四個，壞了倆，我們衣服堆在桌子上放的。
綜上所述，就算改進致歉，也不會再訂這家了。去坐摩天輪看到摩天輪大酒店屋內的環境還不錯，價格也比這低很多，僅供參考，如果有想懟的，那就是我錯了。

房間的硬件略舊一些，但是衞生尚可、服務非常周到、早餐也很不錯！
特別是環境太好了，臨湖、還很安靜；
帶狗狗出遊，一出門就可以遛狗非常方便！
前台小妹妹很健談、對狗狗也很友好！
還是值得推薦的！
