環境不錯，寬敞明亮。設施也挺好的，衞生也挺到位的挺乾淨，住進去很舒心。設備齊全，空調是中央空調，製冷效果不錯。服務也很到位

服務：我剛推開門，就聽到前台的問候聲，聲音洪亮，聽着很親切，還面帶微笑，很治癒，到了樓上走廊，保潔阿姨也很有禮貌的打招呼。
位置：酒店位置挺好，距離振華購物中心很近，南邊就是腦科醫院，西邊早上有早餐，晚上還有夜市，真的是太方便了。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，佈局簡約但是很大方，杯子都有杯套，真的很衞生。
設施：房間有不間斷電源，就算出去，這裏也有電，房間製冷效果很好，很快温度就下來了，窗簾遮陽效果很好，床墊很軟，很舒服，很滿意。

入住體驗很滿意，前台服務員很熱情，推開門就聽到了問候聲，聲音那麼飽滿，清脆，辦理入住還很快，一看就是專業培訓過，還貼心説了哪個房間，出了電梯往哪轉，真的很細心，到了房間之後，大致看了一下，裝修簡約但不失大方，衞生乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品都是單獨包裝，很衞生，空調十分鐘不到，温度就降下來了，很給力。入住期間，衣服不知道在哪扯爛了，給前台打電話要針線包，不到三分鐘，就送上來了，送針線包的是打掃衞生的大姐，大姐還主動問了一下，需不需要幫助，我覺得縫衣服這方面還真有點難，也很不好意思的讓大姐幫忙縫的，這服務真的太棒了，給力

酒店入住體驗很滿意，進入大堂空間很寬敞，前台辦理入住很快，很熱情，一直都是在微笑接待，很治癒，來到房間之後，空調是提前打開的，讓人進到房間之後，一下就放鬆了好多，這麼熱的天氣，這一點真的是必須點贊，房間衞生乾淨，是那種大窗户，衞生間乾濕分離，網速也很快，還有不間斷電源，設備很完善，退房的時候前台還幫忙把行李送到車上，真的太周到了，很滿意，推薦～

入住這家銀座佳驛酒店真的很棒，進入大堂之後，就聽到前台小哥的歡迎聲，看我出汗主動遞了紙巾並送我一瓶水，接身份證的時候都是雙手唉，這就是細節，辦理入住很快，一看就是受過專業培訓，還貼心告知WiFi密碼及出了電梯往哪走太貼心了，到了房間之後，房間佈局簡約精緻，衞生很乾凈，床鋪的特別平整，房間有股淡淡的清香味，整個人就很清爽，空調是中央空調，房間很快就涼啦，設施也很齊全，第二天退房的時候，因為行李多，做衞生的大姐，還幫忙拿下去，真的很贊，這次入住很滿意，下次還會選擇
