住了很多次了，還可以吧，綜合價格和環境來説是個不錯的高性價比選擇，第一次來住的時候前台的服務員非常熱情服務很好，這幾次來的前台態度都很一般，見不到以前那個服務員了

這一次入住康鉑酒店，簡直超預期！就在汽車站附近，距離萬達廣場大概5分鐘，交通方便，附近就能停車！
屬於錦江旗下的連鎖品牌！裝修十分舒適時尚，大堂有很大休息空間。
設施：
前台有茶水間，免費提供茶水和咖啡，冬天進門就享受到暖和的招待！房間很乾凈，床品衞生舒服，特別誇一下被子和枕頭很舒服！還有一個小健身房，誰能想到呢！
衞生：23年裝修酒店內部衞生保持很不錯，衞生間很乾凈，洗手液居然還配了潤膚霜！
服務：服務人員很專業熱情，返程手錶遺失在了酒店，多虧了前台小姐姐給聯繫查找郵寄！十分感謝！
總之在汽車站附近應該是性價比最高的酒店了，對過全季一般的價格，差不多的環境和服務！下次還訂這裏！

設施：連鎖快捷酒店的標配吧，有健身房洗衣房，大堂還有個咖啡吧
衞生：衞生真的有點差，大堂門口臟兮兮的，房間很多頭髮，燒水壺還有水，礦泉水也衹補了一瓶，我住的這個房間應該還沒有經過經理查房的房間，後面我會寫出證明。
環境：就在汽車站，樓下有個小酒館可以喝酒吃燒烤，離萬達廣場很近，步行過去要8-10分鐘吧，但是前台服務員説衹有5分鐘。
服務：前台和餐廳服務挺不錯的，帶看房很有耐心的介紹，就是中班客房服務員的操作有點看不明白，晚上7點左右突然來敲我的門，開門後自言自語的説已經住客了啊，我看還沒有查房，不好意思，説完就走了，沒有任何後續的説明！錦江集團應該有自己的一套標準流程，這番操作的確沒看明白！第二天早上在餐廳點了一份重慶麻辣麪，廚師沒有帶手套和廚師帽直接用手抓麪，中途還在垃圾桶那裡吐了口濃痰.....瞬間沒有食慾了！另外建議商家在咖啡區配個製冰機。
整體中規中矩吧，退房當天大堂桌椅板凳亂糟糟的，趁着國慶的高流量做了一波漲價，做收益能理解，但是店家也要思考自身服務體系能否託住這價格。
