趕上學生返校高峯，直達的高鐵沒有票衹能選連雲港中轉。之前出差多次入住如家商旅，印象一直不錯，所以為了趕第二天上午的高鐵就選擇了離高鐵站最近的這家。到酒店的時候正趕上前面有人在辦理入住，前台衹有一位美女值班，因為沒吃飯放下行李就出去吃飯了，吃完飯回到房間準備休息，習慣性的看了看床單被套，驚訝的發現枕頭的枕頭套沒換，因為我也是做酒店的，一客一換屬於雷區，你可以服務不好，服務意識差，可以硬件不夠硬，但是更換床單被套是無法逾越的雷池！更是詫異如家商旅金標酒店會出這種低級錯誤，職業病使然打了前台電話讓他們來確認一下，結果一會來了一個保安大爺見怪不怪的説給你拿個枕套換換就行了，於是我又致電前台詢問有沒有當值的值班經理，被告知沒有值班經理等明天早上上班了再跟經理説一聲。第二天早上我們10點10分退房，前台換了人幫我們退了房開了發票，對於昨晚的投訴衹字未提，所以這是一次非常差的入住體驗，雖然他們不差我這樣一個客人，但是我以後再出差選擇酒店的時候會直接PASS這個品牌。

我不評價房間，因為不是第一次住在如家商旅！如家商旅感覺服務，早餐，房間都很乾凈！可是這次很讓我不舒服，吃早餐！38一份不便宜，那我應該可以吃飯種類多樣點，當然不能和五星級比！我8點半下去的，我看的殘羹剩飯！炒飯沒有啦，小食，麪包片，牛奶都沒有了，連蔬菜都沒有了！！！水果一點點，餅乾，蛋糕有蒼蠅在飛！這就是商旅？和前台反映説是旅遊團！那我請問，你們不補餐麼？入住情況知道吧，不備餐品麼？是不是後來來吃早餐的人，就應該這樣待遇？還有做鍋貼的阿姨……你哪怕拿個筷子幫我夾下鍋貼也可以，但是不可以拿手直接翻鍋貼！！總之，讓我很不舒服！

強烈推薦這家酒店！從辦理入住到退房都很順暢，前台服務專業又耐心。房間設施齊全，空調、熱水都很給力，衞生細節做得超到位，連桌面都一塵不染。晚上特別安靜，完全不影響休息，周邊吃飯、買東西也方便。這趟行程因為住得舒服，心情都變好了！
