連續入住兩天。第一天感覺還可以，第二天晚班的服務人員態度太差，因為需要洗衣服，特地問了本來想自己手洗的，問了前台説沒有洗衣液，需要的話去六樓洗衣房拿，後來想想用酒店洗衣機吧，在洗衣服之前特地問了前台，告知所有設備正常，但是她不會使用，我問了如果自己不太會使用需要指導怎麼辦，對方回答説，會使用都下班了，意思就是自己想辦法，好。去洗，烘乾用了定時30分鐘，到了時間後，發現還剩餘25分鐘，一看不對，沒辦法，第二天穿着未乾的褲子和襪子去工作………，中午回來問了替班的前台，對方告知右邊那個烘乾機本來就是壞的！衹能拿出來其他沒乾的衣服到頂樓去曬，
酒店房間電話還壞了，
早餐就更一般了，如家這碗麪，在這個酒店怎麼沒有發現？
很差的一次體驗！

這個如家商旅大廳不錯，沒事的時候能看看書。前台工作人員，服務很熱情，有問題都可以幫忙解決的房間衞生挺乾淨的，有停車場，很方便。洗了個熱水澡，去除了一天的疲憊，舒坦。推薦
