首先是位置很好，這家是做了好久攻略選出來的。第一天開車到達，門口停車，步行去羊山島，很出片，挺好噠！晚上去老街，3-4公里停車方便。第二天海上雲台山十公里，晚上再開十幾公里去了漁灣，看錶演吃火鍋，最後20幾公里返回賓館。整個行程下來，很緊湊很合理，重點的景點都玩兒了。對啦！去羊山島的路上，大概幾百米，有海鮮市場，海鮮加工店，輕鬆實現海鮮自由。早晨更便宜哦。再説賓館本身，房間很乾凈，與圖片相符。前台有求必應，非常友好。新開業的，東西都很新，全部都好用。洗澡水流很強勁，吹風機風力足。還有就是他家有雙床房，兩個床都是1.5米，雖然房間不算大，但是睡覺的床寬敞舒服。

剛裝修的，小哥服務可以，兩張床一個簡易桌子頂多值100米，不過絕對不值400大多米，房間太小，隔音太差，隔壁住的帶孩子，説話孩子吵鬧都聽的很清楚，晚上基本沒睡着，如果睡眠質量差的，絕對不建議，隔音太差。

很滿意設施齊全，老闆很客氣，一次性用品到位，不夠老闆也很闊綽，還主動給刮鬍刀…用品，周邊海鮮很實惠可以買了直接加工
